This past week, Wagbnb took care of my six-month old puppy for her first-ever boarding stay. I had to leave town unexpectedly and needed a place for puppy to stay. Wagbnb booked her into a spacious suite at a moment's notice, sent lots of photos and videos of my puppy's stay, and made sure she was comfortable and safe. When my puppy was a bit too nervous for playgroup, staff immediately contacted me and arranged to do individual play with my puppy instead. Staff puts dogs' safety first. Puppy came home without being overtired, hungry, or thirsty. I rarely board my pets. When I do, Wag is the only place in town that I trust. read more

This place is staffed by a bunch of teenagers/young adults that have zero sense of the importance of socialization of these animals. My dog was dropped off for 3 hours to play and get some physical activity in and social stimulation. I checked the cameras and she was in a kennel for 72 minutes of a 2.5 hour stay. When I confronted the 12 year old manager, all she offered was excuses and the "it's our policy" bit. I don't want excuses, nor do I want the "policy" excuse. I pay to have my dog there for play and stimulation...not to be kenneled for over half the stay...I can do that at home for free. STOP THE EXCUSES... I recommend you watch the cameras if you leave your animal there. I will be finding other accommodations from this point. read more

If you value your dog as a member of your family, DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE. We have a 7 mo golden that excitedly jumped on a trainer and scratched her leg bad enough to draw blood. (I didn't see but I do feel bad about that.) My wife and I have corrected this behavior when he is with us which means that the "trainers" are either too ill-equipped or too incompetent to handle a GOLDEN RETRIEVER PUPPY. When I showed up to collect him, they are all wearing booty shorts. Where is the common sense that when working with animals, just wear long pants and close-toed shoes? Now, due to local laws, we are having to quarantine him for 10 days to make sure he doesn't have rabies (again...our VACCINATED 7 mo golden retriever puppy) or euthanize him. Be VERY careful with WagBNB, there is a non-zero chance that they could cost you your dog's life. read more

I love WagBNB. Better yet, my George love it too. The care takers are so good with your fur babies, the rates are extremely reasonable. I love that they offer so many features. With my dog having separation anxiety it helps that he can stay in the glass suite and I can check in on him with the live feeds. WagBNB has made my life so much easier and George is much happier now that he gets to go play outside with other dogs. read more

One year ago my dog was attacked at wagbnb to which I was told was a minor altercation. When I went to pick him up I was weak to my knees seeing what he looked like and how much pain he was in, and staff didn't even help me load him in the car (he couldn't get in on his own). I am writing this 1 year later because my dog has had serious lasting side effects from this and it is SAD. You cannot pet him near this area, he cannot lay down on his left side, he can't even sit properly anymore without his leg poking out, he can't jolt up anymore after sitting or laying down, and still whimpers.. he is 3. Not to mention how much money I paid out of pocket with vet bills because of this!!!! My dog is not the same anymore and it's really depressing. Wagbnb did not seem to care or imply urgency when this happened, didn't help with additional vet bills after and the worst part is that I was told the dog that did this to mine had already been in an altercation prior and this was the "final straw." WHAT!!!? My dog is still the sweetest and most gentle dog but there has been lasting affects on him that aggravate me thinking about this that I think the public looking at wagbnb should take into consideration. My Pup loves this place! She always comes home tired after a few hours of play. The staff are always friendly and are excited to see my pup walk in. Our babies have been going here for over a year now. All the staff is very knowledgeable and so friendly. They always remember the names of the animals that come in. You can tell they actually like interacting with the dogs and even the cats. The spa services are the price and our dogs absolutely smell so good every time! I love this place! This place is a God Send for animal care. I was not expecting such a fantastic place for doggy daycare. I am extremely protective and picky about my dogs. Bess came to us from Crosby Texas, August 2022. She is the love of our family, but a puppy with more energy than 4 puppies. After no sleep for two weeks I needed doggy day care and found Wagbnb. I dropped her off, picked her up and she slept through the night from then on. The people are amazing loving, even with the puppies in Feisty Fidos (that's her group). They do not know how different dog breeds play... what is aggressive or not... if you are not watching the videothey will not let you go and see what they say your dog did...if you have a dog that doesn't make noises while they play... you will be ok... they have younger people in that are scared of dogs thay they are not familiar with... read more

A real quality facility with great clean rooms for the pups. I never have a problems with feeding or directions, and I love the daily report cards that show how my dogs are doing throughout their stay. I will definitely continue to use WagBnB for the foreseeable future. I would definitely recommend anyone who truly wants their pets comfort as a top priority. I just wish I could board them for a little bit cheaper. But you get what you pay for! read more

I took my shelter dog here after receiving a free day flyer. They helped introduce to other dogs, and gave him a spa day. They also do day training-care while you are at work if you ask them to. Me and my fur baby LOVE wagbnb! I've never boarded my dogs or taken them to daycare but thought I would try it with my new pup and thank goodness I did! We started with daycare and my girl was shy at first but now she's the life of the party. There are live cameras to watch them play whenever you want and they are given a report card when they leave with lots of pictures/videos and a little description of how they did. They even put who their friends were that day (so stinking cute). I boarded my girl for 3 nights when going out of town and again there's live cameras to watch them in their suite which consists of their own twin bed and a big TV. I toured a bunch of doggy hotels in Lubbock and just didn't feel comfortable letting my girl stay there but Wagbnb is top notch! They are so loving to all of the dogs and the facility is so clean. If you want your dog to get socialized, don't want to leave them at home during work, or need to go out of town I 10/10 recommend trusting these awesome people with your animals. read more

the caretakers here at Wagbnb took amazing care of my chow while i was out of town for 4 days. i was super nervous about leaving him bc i never had before and he was very upset and anxious when i left, but they texted me shortly after letting me know baby Yogi had settled in and was feeling good after his puppucinno :) they took him on hikes and sent me texts, pictures, and report cards every day to let me know how he was doing. it made me so happy and relieved hearing and seeing that he was happy and having a great time! i think he's even mad at me for taking him home read more

i do not recommend wag in anyway shape or form. i left my dog with them for him to come home with injuries and i was only told about the one by his eye. there's no excuse for not seeing the obvious leg injury when they have him sitting for a picture. the reason i was given for this was due to them being short staffed. well when you have the capability of watching 250 dogs at one time being short staffed isn't an excuse when people are entrusting you with their animals. you are in the business of caring for dogs and that is not what happened with mine. this situation was handled completely wrong and poorly and i think everyone should think twice before paying them for a crappy job of caring for their animals. read more

I have absolutely loved boarding Winston at Wagbnb! Booking is so easy- you can either call and talk to the friendly staff or use the online portal to make reservations. With other similar daycare+boarding places, you have to take your dog in prior to making a reservation for behavior evaluation, but Wagbnb allows you to tack that free "trial run" on the beginning of a reservation and if they don't work out in daycare, the team said they will accommodate that. I also LOVE that they send out daily report cards (except when they are full over holidays and such) with adorable pictures (often with the staff loving on my pup). I am incredibly bummed that I am moving so soon after I starting bringing Winston there. Haven't found anything in my new town with as many options and flexibility as Wagbnb! read more

Since I became a pet owner 2 years ago, Wag has been the only place I take my pet. They know Pearl by name and treat her just like she was their own. The first couple of times that Pearl went to Wag, she was skiddish and reluctant to go with the caretakers. Now days, it is hard to hold her back. The facility is clean and well staffed and set up to take care of any pet. I have had 3 friends take their pet and think it's great.
