My recommendation is to never buy anything online from this store. Item descriptions are wrong colors are misleading, and they will charge you half of the cost of the product to return it. I ordered a $250.+ lime green tricycle online from this place. I paid My mobile bike shop $100.00 to put it together he took the unopened box inside his work truck, I went inside my house. When he text me to come out because he was done the tricycle was Teal. I called couldn't talk anyone on the phone. Just text messages. They told me the only way I could get their error rectified Was to take it all apart and ship it back or take a $40 in store credit (which there aren't anymore brick and mortar stores ) I am a very unhappy customer, and I don't recommend this place at all read more

I've been trying to return a comforter for the past three weeks. Every time I contact customer service they say something different. They've told me to LEAVE IT OUTSIDE?????? For up to 15 business days so their "carrier" can pick it up. They won't tell me what carrier they use so I can schedule a pick up nor will they send me a prepaid shipping label so I can actually safely ship it back to them. They've told me twice that a refund will be in my account within 2 business days without actually taking the item back. The last customer service person hung up on me after I pointed out that leaving a giant box outside for two weeks isn't safe or a good business practice. What is going on????? P.s. Rip off. Cloth Shower curtain. Floor model was damaged and it didn't have anything on the clearance label stating it was faded. Purchased it for $ 25.00 got it home and opended the sealed plastic bag and found the shower curtain was faded on every pleat on the entire length. Tryed to return it because it was damaged... they refused to give me store credit or a refund...So I decided to post here to save other people the same headache I put up with. Though the every day prices are more than you would spend getting your bed, bath, kitchen etc. items elsewhere the quality is way better here as well as the feel. Service is always great, the store is large and well stocked, plenty of parking. There is always a 20% coupon waiting in your mailbox or on your phone as well as they have tons of clearance items. Last weekend, $60 pillows for $9.99 then 20% off, appliances are also always worth checking out. Though I don't buy all my home stuff here, they have items that you can't find at cheaper stores, so I wind up coming back. read more

I was returning something I purchased through Pay Pal online. You would have thought the "manager", a grouchy, middle aged woman was taking the cash right out of her purse. She wanted to give me a store credit for the return of 8 towels (changed my mind). I told her I did not want a credit because I wanted to purchase towels elsewhere. The woman said she couldn't do it. Anytime a big corporation like this doesn't have a decent return policy with no receipt is ridiculous. My first time ever with no receipt and there was nothing they would do. Never had a bad experience here. The workers are friendly enough and the store has exactly what you would expect from any other Bed Bath & Beyond. The store is usually not too packed and they have convenient bathrooms which come in handy because that whole shopping center is hard to find a bathroom. My wife and I always stop in just to walk around sometimes and browse at their little holiday decorations and always end up getting something we never knew we wanted. The prices are high of course but that's what happens at these stores. If you sign up for their membership that costs 29 dollars a year you get 20% off all purchases. We don't shop there enough but if you are the type that buys a lot of home accessories, dog items or holiday items, it may be worth it to pay a little extra once to save all year long. read more
