Auction site that has all items online. You can sign up to bid on the auctions online but there is a large disclaimer you read. Sometimes hidden in the disclaimer says you have to pick up the items off site at another location. Sometimes this location is very far. I bid on something thinking it was at their facility in Hesperia and come to find out it was in Peris CA and was unable to make it to pick up in time day off the auction. I called and tried to figure out how I could schedule to pick up on another day and they told me I had to pick up by noon the next day and I worked and was unable to pick up. They told me if I can't pick up the item on time I would have to still pay for the item and forfeit the item. Very bad customer service. read more

I won a few lots during the July auction and had them shipped to me. Once received I was missing an item from one of the lots. Gal in the shipping department was nice enough, but once she confirmed the issue with management I was only offered a fraction of the amount I paid. Bidding experience is really easy to set up and use. Although the checkout function online was a little clunky. Also be aware that there are fees on top of your final bid (which they do state beforehand. But they are a little on the high side for auctions, same goes with the shipping charges). Would give more stars if they had offered better compensation for the missing item. Update: they never did refund me for the missing items. I won another lot, they charged an exorbitant amount for shipping without ever advising me of the final cost. read more

As a returning customer I am very upset to have to write this review but my experience needs to be known. I purchased a used Schwinn bike from the 10/25/2020 Auction and viewed pictures of the bike online as well as the serial number they presented in writing but no pictures of it. The reason why no pics....well I will get to that! They wrote in and represented the bike as a 1959 Chicago built Schwinn that of course was very valuable. So I placed bids, and spent more than I normally would have because of the rarity and the age of the bike. I was very excited to have an old Schwinn to call my own! So I bid and won the bike! We live 2 hours away from the auction, so we changed our plans for the day and set aside 4 hours to go and get it! My husband and our daughter arrived to be greeted with a MADE IN CHINA sticker on the bike and a completely different serial number. Neither of which were presented in the online auction pictures. So I reached out to the owner Johan only to be called an AS***LE by her after I used *in frustration* the F word, not aimed at her just in my communication of how upset I was. We paid $387 for a $159 bike you can go buy at WALMART BRAND NEW!!!! One letter in the serial number made all the difference. Rather it was intentional or unintended it was fraud, and a scam and cost my husband and myself time and money. We are both self employed and spent an entire day dedicated to this, huge financial loss for us both. Then to be called that by the owner of the company was a complete shock!!! They agreed to refund me as a "courtesy" and then told me I would be blocked from any future auctions with them. Not a loss there, they will never get another penny of my money. So here we are 13 days later, just got off the phone with my bank and no refund has been issued. So now they have my money and their Chinese bike that I didn't take possession of. read more

Don't buy anything from this auction site. They don't describe their items well at all and will sell you broken crap and not give you any refund. They also don't put everything you buy into one area and they claim it's your fault for not identifying everything you bought or coming to preview items before the auction.. I purchase a wood clarinet based off of pictures that showed it was in fine working condition but when I got it home I found that it was broke and un repairable. Their goes $105.00 ... Also they are not forthcoming when it comes to fees and taxes and fees and taxes on the taxes already taxed items you bought. They charge upwards of 28% in fees and taxes on top of your winning bid and this was not mentioned in any of their auctions. When I thought I was getting something for 80 bucks, it turns out it actually costs $105.00 with taxes and fees and if you want to pay with a CC it is another 3.8% on top of the already taxed items. What a scam. I'm glad I didn't win the car they sold for $23,000.00 because it would have cost me nearly $30,000.for a car that was only worth $27,000.00. I am not a happy camper and now I am going to BBB To file a complaint against this scam company. I thought ebay was bad with all their fees until I found this site. Total joke. read more

Purchased four very expensive chairs from them. When I arrived I found them to be sitting out in the rain...Soaking wet. Asked to speak with the manager about the decision to leave them out there. Her response "This is an as is auction." "The pictures were taken outside. Thats where we left them." "You are getting $1,000.00 chairs, what is your problem?" I asked her if she would leave a gun outside in the rain if the picture had been taken there. "Thats not the same." I responded that I was disappointed and felt that if their integrity was compromised I might reconsider my purchase. I asked if I might go and look at them to see what there condition was. She responded with "Not unless you pay for them first" I told her then again, if they were compromised I might reconsider my purchase. Her response "If you dont pay for them you will be banned for life from our auctions." Customer Service. None. Manager was incredibly rude. Objective. Make Money without concern for anything else. They dont care about customer service at all. Have you seen a response to any negative feedback...None. They dont care about negative feedback. BUYER BEWARE. BUYER BEWARE They will continue with this practice until they start to lose business...which they eventually will. Why...because the vendors that give them a majority of their business. The first time I used this auction site and ended up driving almost 2 hours to pick up an item, I won only to get there and be told, "sorry, we sold that on a different auction." There was no concern that I wasted my time and passed on other items because I won; this was just our bad. Then when I message them about it, they asked me for proof I won. Like check your system, but I did have the message that showed I won and sent it to them. No one ever got back to me. I will not recommend them, not just because the item was sold, but their reaction and lack of concern for the situation. Buyer beware. read more

I've spoken with Apple and they've stated it was not legal to sell this item as it is locked. Selling a locked item is illegal. they told me to take it back to the seller for a completely refund. I highly doubt this demon running this company will refund my hard earned money. Oh, they also offer a cash option at check out to make it a better deal, making it hard to file a claim with them. The owner Jeff and his staff have always been helpful and easy to work with. They offer a live preview prior to the auction. Since the auctions are in various locations, I don't always bid, however, I bid whenever I can. Great way to get some really unique items at a fair price. read more

I got a not so ok deal on a 1944 M1 Carbine. The pictures that were posted were not of the rifle that arrived. The only picture that was of the actual item was of the serial number. The bidding, buying and shipping process was easy. And the staff was very helpful. Suggestion: For highly collectable items, maybe you should be posting pictures of the actual item. read more

No way was this thing taken care of. After driving it a total of 45 miles, the transmission and water pump went out. We are looking at repairs of up to $5000. I purchased a Motorcycle in August 2023 from I-15/ Bid fast and Last. I was never given temporary plates or registration. This within itself is a violation of California's law and vehicle code 4000A1. I called multiple times and they refused to give me a temporary registration. They would always blame the delay on DMV. I found out the paperwork was never submitted until November 2023. I called this company today on Friday February 3rd 2024 and explained I have not received the license plates for the bike. I received the title about 3 weeks ago. Normally the registration and license plated come in a separate envelope shortly afterwards. This company has the title and license plates mailed to them, only to re-package the license plates and mail them out to the customer. It is going on 6 months. I have a vehicle I have not been able to use at all since I bought it. There was no title delay when the auction was posted. Even if a vehicle has a title delay shown on the ad, it still does not take 6 months to get the title. I have not been able to use this bike, intended to save gas on my commute. For 6 months I have not been able to do that. Everything about this deal has caused me great hardship. When I last called, I was told the file was closed out and the title was given to someone at the front counter. That is impossible and untrue, because they were sent to the post Office as "signature required Certified Mail. There is no concern for my patience and hardship. They received their money as scheduled. I am asking them to do their part, the part that should have been taken care of 6 months ago. I will file for this company to give my money back and take the Motorcycle back. In addition there should be compensation for a blatant disregard for California's law of providing at least a 90 day temporary registration and license plates. I asked many times for temporary plates and was told they don't want to give temporary plates because the license plates are on the way. read more
