During the sales process, they were great and creative, but once the contract was signed, their real face was reviled. They had staff attrition, the person we worked with during the pre-sales left, and they didn't bother to tell us. At that point, we should have terminated the agreement. - They completed a one month project in 4 months - The quality of the work was terrible. They didn't measure many things accurately; some cabinets were damaged when they were delivered, and some cabinets cracked before the project was even completed. - They promised to manage the project, and they did none of that - They ruined our hardwood floor and refused to fix it. - Leslie who ended up leading the project was rude to other vendors and us and not attentive to details at all (she didn't even come to see the completed product) When we started working with their team, we found out that every vendor they contracted with to complete the work had complaints about them. We chose to work with them because of the great review on Google and the pre-sales. Don't believe these positive reviews and stay away from this company.

Mid December, I ordered and paid Ferguson in full for Dreamline shower doors that were "in stock."…read more By mid January, I was still receiving emails from the Ferguson sales rep that she had not received a tracking number yet, and she could not provide any information on delivery, even though I informed her numerous other vendors promised to have them in Asheville within 5 days. This was clearly not a supply chain issue. Therefore, I contacted Dreamline directly, and I discovered that the order had never been placed by Ferguson. It was only with the direct intervention and follow up from the manufacturer that I finally received the shower doors. Dreamline was fanastic to do business with, and their product is great too. However, I will never do business with Ferguson again.

I made 2 phone inquiries with each conversation ending in a promise that the owner, whose name I have thankfully forgotten, would call back. After 3 days and no call I tried again and this time discussed the issue with him. He was helpful & ordered two (2) parts to be directly delivered to me. So far, slow, but it seemed like progress. When the package did arrive it contained only one. And checking the packing slip, that was all Bella had ordered. These were a hundred bucks apiece so happy, I wasn't. I had paid Bella up front. This time I could not get the owner on the phone after 4 attempts over 5 days. No answer to 3 emails either. So I eventually contacted the manufacturer and they fulfilled the missing part. After the complaint I did get an email from Bella's owner apologizing & offering what I thought was a pretty pathetic excuse. Bella is no longer a dealer for this manufacturer, fwiw.
