And because it was taking so long people in front of people were leaving. Ashley was working all by herself and going as fast as she could. This is no fault of hers but kohls should have had another person helping her. Not only that but her coworkers were walking by not assisting and one even asked "aren't you supposed to be done?" And she was working passed her scheduled time with no one helping her. She was super apologetic to the customers and very helpful. If a management reads this please know Ashley who was working 4/6/25 who has glasses and dark hair was doing a great job. However, there needs to be a team meeting on teamwork because even though people are in kohls for Amazon returns, they weren't mad at amazon they were mad at kohls. While shopping: Something I also noticed while shopping around the store was the lack of organization. Almost everything I picked up was not in the right section or completely different brand so I had no idea if it was the price it said on the rack. This was all throughout the store. I think the team should go through the store to reorganize and fold things. It made me not able to find what I was looking for. I did ask an employee if they had a certain pair of pants in a smaller size that I found in a random section and they checked on a device and said they did but when they lead me over to where it was supposed to be we couldn't find them and there were more random things in that section. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get those pants because of this.

Summer clothes mixed in with winter clothes, and many don't have the price tag attached. The selection compared to other Tj max's is awful. I thought the CR store was bad but they apparently have new mgmt and it's come a long way. There is a woman that seems to always be working the registers on the weekends. She might be a lead or supervisor... She might also just be a bossy coworker... All I know is that she is not customer service focused. I have repeatedly stood there for 2-3 minutes while she finished folding shirts, she has rudely told me "No! Over here!" when I stood on the wrong side of the register, and when I needed to make a return because the product was defective (Huge hole in a shirt) she made a big deal out of not having a receipt, even though the tags were attached and I had the same card that I paid with. While this woman is my primary example, everyone else seems to almost run the other way when they see you coming to ask a question. On another occasion, I asked if an item was still only 25% off or if it had been discounted further since it had been sitting there, on sale, for more than 2 weeks. Her response to me was, "Oh I don't know... It looks like it says 25%." I asked if she could scan it and see and she once again gave me a wonderful response of, "I can't. I don't have a scanner." At that point, I put my item down and left. I decided against buying the $200 tray that I probably didn't need anyway....

She helped me check all of the boxes to make sure if any glasses were damaged and replaced the broken ones while I was there. She told me that if I found any issues with any of the glasses that I could bring them in and they would replace them. Excellent customer service and excellent people. 100% recommend.

We had a splendid experience today at Mary's 2nd Time Around a quaint, hidden gem of a consignment…read more/ 2nd hand store at Lindale Mall in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The store had a wide variety of everything: art, home furnishings, clothing for men and women, some vintage pieces, jewelry, and accessories. There were also books, and lots of things to explore and examine! We found several items that we needed/wanted and the quality of the merchandise was much higher than we would typically find at a Goodwill or other type of shop. In addition she takes card payment through Square and shoppers can use Visa, American Express, Mastercard at the shop! We also had the opportunity to meet Mary, the owner and proprietress of this minority-owned (female/African American) small business. Mary answered all our questions and allowed us to browse without interfering in our shopping experience but was mindful and observant of the things that we were looking for. She unobtrusively offered valuable suggestions when asked if certain items were in-stock and knowledgably directed us to the things she had that we wanted. When we spoke with Mary, she said she has been in the mall for about a year and would love to welcome you to visit her and see what she has to offer. She takes quality consignments as well. We give this location 5 X 5 Stars and will 100% be visiting the next time we are at the Mall. We invite everyone to stop by and say that Kate and Blair sent you!

I came in a few weeks ago when the building was under construction and the dressing rooms were closed and he was very apologetic to an individual who was wanting to trying something on and was still able to help them. I came in again today and the checkout line was very long and he was helping out the best he could and telling all the customers "thank you guys for the long lines we're getting some more help up front and we'll make sure everyone is taken care of!" I take my 90 year old mom there who has only shopped there for her clothes for decades. The new store dressing rooms are like bathroom stall doors, no room for a walker or 2 in the room. Yes, there is one handicap stall but of course it was being used. For older women the dressing rooms stink. It's a huge step down from the last store and we miss seeing the awesome staff that was so helpful and always remembered my mom.
