I came into kohls to do an amazon return and do some shopping. For the return: When I went to return my Amazon item there was a line with 19 people in front of me. And because it was taking so long people in front of people were leaving. Ashley was working all by herself and going as fast as she could. This is no fault of hers but kohls should have had another person helping her. Not only that but her coworkers were walking by not assisting and one even asked "aren't you supposed to be done?" And she was working passed her scheduled time with no one helping her. She was super apologetic to the customers and very helpful. If a management reads this please know Ashley who was working 4/6/25 who has glasses and dark hair was doing a great job. However, there needs to be a team meeting on teamwork because even though people are in kohls for Amazon returns, they weren't mad at amazon they were mad at kohls. While shopping: Something I also noticed while shopping around the store was the lack of organization. Almost everything I picked up was not in the right section or completely different brand so I had no idea if it was the price it said on the rack. This was all throughout the store. I think the team should go through the store to reorganize and fold things. It made me not able to find what I was looking for. I did ask an employee if they had a certain pair of pants in a smaller size that I found in a random section and they checked on a device and said they did but when they lead me over to where it was supposed to be we couldn't find them and there were more random things in that section. Just there today. Kohls is looking more and more like TJ Maxx and Homegoods. The kitchen section had nothing. We couldn't find a check your price scanner. And, now, only one side of the store has registers. I will not be shopping there anytime soon. I can get my Sephora online anyway. Extremely disappointed by everything. read more

I am so deeply disturbed in the way the Collins Rd store manager, Chris, treated one of his new (re)hires. She was hired with absolutely no discussion about scheduling on either side. As she starts her shift, she is asked for her availability. After saying she is available every day except the next 2 Saturdays, he states (in front of the entire morning staff, many of whom she is friends with) "you can just leave then." He said she was hired for weekends only, but no one ever discussed this with her, and she was on the schedule for weekdays. There was no discussion about trying to work around prior commitments or options available. This is beyond unprofessional. This is a conversation to have off the floor, away from the other employees. Also, the hostility and rudeness in how this was communicated is unacceptable. If you are hiring an employee with conditions, that's fine, but COMMUNICATE THEM! And be professional. I will never do business with Kohl's and will let everyone I know exactly how they treat their (returning) employees. read more

Everyone in my family loves Kohl's. I've bought everything from bath towels and rugs, to living room pillows, picture frames, kitchen utensils and accessories, shoes, winter coats, jewelry, work clothes for the Boyfriend... pretty much something from every department at one point or another. Now I buy some of my dress pants here for work, but tops are usually ill-fitting or I don't care for the styles. However, their baby clothes, men's, shoes and housewares are pretty good! They usually have great sales to top it off and are not exclusive with their discounts. When they say 1/2 off everything, they really mean it! Items are easy to return or exchange. read more

I ordered a birthday present for my wife online using a gift card and debit for S&H. Two weeks later, I get an email from the fraud department saying they cannot deliver my order without me calling them. This was my first order from Kohl's. The two operators said my order was flagged because it not match my "shopping pattern", but would be shipped after I verified my info. A week later, the amount had bern removed from my debit account, without the gift card amount removed! I called again and was told that even though my order showed evidence of a gift card having been processed on the order, I can't get a full refund because I didn't keep the used card from almost a month ago. So they profile me for ordering women's clothing under a man's name, have 2 operators assure me the order has gone through fine, then take money from my account that they will not refund after canceling the order. read more

Love this place! I've been coming here for sixteen years. Good prices, great selection, AWESOME return policy. The place is in need of a remodel but its still great. Keep an eye on their kitchen prices, things are usually cheaper elsewhere. read more

My wife has purchased several clothing items for me from this store and others in the Kohl's chain. I seldom get into the stores as I am just not a shopper. I discovered the prices seem fair, but one has to be very careful in checking quality. I saw a men's shirt I liked, but it had a very poorly sewn seam that wouldn't last through one wearing. Also, I felt some of the men's clothing hung kind of limp on the hangers like it had been there for a long, long time. Not very attractive at all. I don't purchase on the basis of price only, so perhaps this is not the store for me. read more

Before this week I enjoyed kohls greatly! Sunday I went in to drop a payment off and some how the check got ran through twice which I discovered yesterday, Monday. So I called customer service and suprise suprise they couldn't do anything I just have to deal with having a $600 credit which would take me years to use. So I went in today to purchase some clothes for working out and my card was decline! When I called they explain because of the high payment my account had a hold for 7-14 days. I closed my card right there and in 3-4 weeks ill get a check back for my credit. I was veryy disapointed! My business will be appeciated elsewhere. read more

I went to Kohls to get some work clothes. My mom put the charge on her Kohl's card and I paid it off with a check. The total for the bill was $98 the cashier rang it up for $998. They caught the mistake the next day (wednesday) and called my bank and said they would have the funds put back into my account. No one called me to apologize. On friday the $900 was still missing from my bank account and when I called Kohls they told me I would have to call me bank. They still did not apologize so I asked to speak to the manager. She told me she would call the corporateoffice on monday (because they all go home early on fridays). She said she would call me back on Monday to confirm that this would be taken care of. I had $900 taken from my checking account for 4 days up to this point. On monday the manager never called me back and the money was still missing from my account. I called the regional manager on Monday night, she apologized and had the manager call me back. She told me she forgot about me, who in customer service tells a customer that they forgot about them. I asked for some compensation because they took $900 from my account and they sent me $25 in a gift certificate. What a slap in the face! Maybe they don't think $900 is a big deal but it is to me especially when it was gone for almost a week! read more
