This location in Grandview is much smaller than a normal Bed, Bath and Beyond. I had placed an online order for a gift. I picked it up here and the store was extremely tidy and clean. The online pickup area is right inside the front door. I was in and out in record time. read more

I love Bed Bath and Beyond! It's my go to place for kitchen or bathroom stuff. And with the 20% off coupons I get in the mail, I just have to take advantage. I quickly found the items I was looking for as the kitchen section was right by the door. There were people at the register but they were helped quickly, so I didn't wait long. They're always nice here! The girl at the register seemed to enjoy her job. Parking isn't bad. I always find some on the side of the building close to the Barre3 studio. read more

Bed Bath and Beyond is my go-to for housewares. They have a huge selection of items and are always putting out coupons. The coupons, by the way, will still be accepted after they expire, so you don't necessarily need to get rid of them the minute they hit their date. The staff here is friendly and helpful. When I recently received broken dishes as part of an online order, I brought them into this store, and they were happy to help me get new ones shipped out to me (as they did not have any in stock onsite). Clearance areas are also worth taking a peek in - I have found all sorts of great items for a good price! Parking is plentiful - don't forget there is an entire back lot behind Lane Avenue Shopping Center if the front is filled up. read more

Stopped in well looking for new sheets, found a fantastic deal on clearance!! Unfortunately that was the only positive experience about this visit. Walking in my fiancé and I passed six different employees who were either chatting with each other or avoiding eye contact. Yikes. This store seemed to be out of a lot of items. Normally I love these stores, but this location just seemed a mess. Many middle counters were empty and large variety items just seemed like they didn't have the choices in. Maybe I'm just used to fully stocked shelves and choices on choices. Bed Bath & Beyond is convenient and causes much less chafing than a visit to Target. I find the item(s) I need at BB&B nearly every time I shop there. Everything from 100-count bags of tea light candles to storage and accessorizing. The store also has floor attendants who ask if shoppers need help - a nice service touch. What gets me is how consistent the operation is with providing 20% OFF coupons by email and by snail mail. Now, I get a little triggered by the fact that BB&B is likely overpriced from Target and others. But I do use the discount on single-item buys and that's incentive to be very particular about any visit. Good place. Very convenient in the Lane Shopping district of UA. There's nothing too remarkable about this place. What it sells, I could buy at Big Lots, Costco, or T.J. Maxx for cheaper. With that said, I bought a shoebox-sized plastic storage box for a reasonable price, as well as a small tub of Spenser & Jensen soy body butter on clearance. This is a much smaller store if you compare it to the store on Sawmill & 161. This store is located within the Lane Ave. shopping Center on the far end, opposite of Whole Foods. To me, this store is backwards compared to the store I usually go to by my house, but they have everything there. I was brought to this store given that this store and the one on Sawmill only had the Cuisinart Ice Cream maker. The ice cream maker was easy to find and the associates there were very friendly to help me find what I am looking for. This wasnt my first stop in this store, but a nice store overall. Okay, so clearly the other reviewer is one of those people that just write a review based on one really good or one really bad experience. I'm just going to call them out on it now. I've never had a problem with service, and normally the customer service desk is the only register that's open unless it gets busy. Every time I go, someone always asks me if I need help, and when I bought a pot and pan set, a much stronger sales associate helped carry it to the registers. Bed, Bath, and Beyond is mecca for furnishing your kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom with stuff that's a step up from some stores but a step down from any place that you would find at a mall (ie Pottery Barn or Restoration Hardware. While I would love $500 sheets...I just don't have that kind of money) without sacrificing any sort of quality. You can still get super plush towels and beautiful sheets, and a lot of the kitchenware is the same brand that you would find at the department store or specialty store, Calphalon pans, Wusthof knives. Simple Human trash cans. The benefit of Bed Bath and Beyond is that they always run promotions for buying x amount of dollars from this brand, get this free or those 20% off coupons that you get in the mail. TIP: SAVE THOSE STUPID COUPONS! Almost no one knows this, but even though there is an expiration date on it, the coupons never expire. NEVER EXPIRE. NEVER EXPIRE!!!!! AHHH!!! I have coupons from 2008 that I'm using now that I moved into a new apartment. When I first moved out of the dorms, one of my mom's employees gave her a huge stack of Bed Bath and Beyond coupons and we were like "These are all expired!" and threw them all away like idiots. Anyways, continuing with this review, it's important to keep in mind that often times when you need to spend x amount of dollars for such and such a promotion, when you use your 20% coupon, you don't get the promotion. The knives I bought came with a knife sharpener as a promotion, but I wanted to save the money instead so I used the 20% off coupon. Because of the location, this Bed Bath and Beyond is a place to avoid that fateful move in weekend for OSU. Get whatever you need the week before and stay clear of the crazy minivans full of extra long twin shets and Joe Buckeye's dorm essentials, and don't come back until the week after when they might have had a chance to restock everything. Why write a review for BB&B? Because our service was outstanding. I was in the market for a high end griddle from Williams & Sonoma. BB&B happens to carry the same one, only it's only available online. We had a 20% off coupon good for in store only. Becca (I think that was her name), took care of us. I had what could have been a very unpleasant experience with this Bed, Bath and Beyond but the manager, Paul was awesome. I bought a coworker a set of knives for her wedding from this location, and they were gift wrapped by the staff. Because they were pretty busy, they asked if I could return in 10 minutes for the gift, and when I did, it was ready to go for the wedding. Well, I ended up finding out a few months later when I received the thank you card that she never received the knives but a spice rack not even on the registry. I was pretty upset at first because this is a significant price difference, and principle being, it wasn't what I wanted to buy for her! The next day, I went into the store and spoke with Paul. He was extremely understanding, and pulled the knives off the shelf to send to my friend without any questions even though I no longer had the receipt not any real proof that I had bought them (other than a bank statement showing a dollar amount purchase at BB&B). He volunteered to send the gift, as well as credit my account and gave me a few coupons. Excellent customer service going above and beyond what he needed to do! I went in today for some decorative couch pillows. I didn't find the exact color I wanted, but I did find something close enough for a good price. When I got to the front of the store, no one was at the registers. I saw several workers, but everyone seemed to be looking around waiting for someone else to check me out. I went to customer service & then after 5 minutes of waiting for the worker to get off the phone, someone finally decided to go over to a register. As she rung me up, I noticed the pillows were ripped on the seams. The girl sent someone else back to grab another. This girl brought me pillows with grease all over them. When I pointed this out, she rolled her eyes & told me to go get my own since I clearly didn't like that one. Excuse me for wanting pillows that are not ripped and clean! I went back, got my own pillows, & walked right out the door. I'm sure I looked like a shoplifter to any customer who was paying attention. I looked to a worker to let them know I had already paid, but all looked like they were trying their best to appear busy. I'll stick with other stores from now on. read more

Not a fan of BBB. Mostly because of their dumb coupons. They send them out so often that I wish they could just make their prices lower. I just have issues with coupons in general. Not as big of a location as the usual from what I could tell, and the parking is horrible. Still, that is just this strip mall, the parking lot is so dumb here. I'd much rather go to Marshalls for bed linens, and Target for kitchen supplies. They do have nice air purifiers. Clearance can be great too, but usually I only come here as a last resort to other retailers. read more

My wife bought a pillow top from this store about 2 weeks ago. The package was partially open like it had been sold then repacked. We have had it on the bed for 2 weeks and we are both covered in bites. The Dr. said it looks like chigger bites. I checked for bed bugs and that's not what it is. This started after my wife bought this pillow top and I think someone bought it, returned it too the store and the store resold it. Wrong way to do business especially if someone already had it on their bed. The only way to get rid of them now is steam, throw out pillows, steam the under mattress and throw out the pillow top. I like this chain, but they clearly need to invest in better employee training. The manager had to be called over twice during my most recent visit. Not the cashier's fault, however it shouldn't take 3 people to remove an anti theft tag. Also, there always seems to only be one register open at this location. I understand working with lean staffing, but at least give them the resources to do their jobs efficiently! Overall, I've learned to expect just an okay experience at Bed, Bath & Beyond but I like their products so I will continue to be a customer. read more
