I enjoyed walking through Columbus Liquidiation Center. I especially liked that they allowed my dog to come in when I asked. They have a large assortment of items for major house projects. It was fun to walk through and see what all they have available, but definitely look for damaged goods and compare pricing with major retailers first. I loved their cutting board counter top selections and the cabinets. It makes me want to redo my kitchen in the next couple of years and they gave me some great ideas. Solid 3 stars - it's possible you can find a hidden gem here, depending on what you're looking for. I came in looking for doors, found one I liked, and when I went to the counter, they told me it was $550. I checked online before purchasing, and the same door was $400 at Lowe's. You can't return anything here, and it was more expensive, so I obviously ended up going to Lowe's. They do seem to have some good furniture items that are marked less than what you can find online - just not always a good deal. I'll be coming back when I'm looking for other items as I'm building my place. read more

I recently moved & have been furniture shopping in Columbus which is a new experience for me. I have had this place on my list of places to check out in regards to furniture and I finally made it in. It was not at all what I thought it was going to be, but they definitely have some gems. I came in looking for furniture and not appliances so I can not speak to that. I ended up getting the comfiest loveseat during the holiday season which resulted in a fabulous discount. I DONT RECOMMANDE THIS PLACE , associates not professional at all, I had a big order from them on October 3rd and I forgot my note book there had very important informations in it , I called the next day before I travel around 11:47 am and confirmed that they had my note book , I asked the guy few times don't loose that book and keep it I have very important informations in there, few weeks I come there to pick up my note book , guess what they claiming that it's lost and nothing can do about it. They all there seemed didn't care about my note book or how important it was for me. This people watch your stuff , I'm sure they kept that book because of what it had inside . There's no way they will loose it just like that. On the top they didn't even look harder . To me they knew everything. When you think liquidation center, you sort of assume it's going to automatically be cheapest. We quickly realized that compared to other stores, not everything was actually a good deal. We found the baseboards were a good deal here, but the flooring was more expensive. It's a good size place, but they only had one person working with customers at 1pm on a Saturday. There were probably 5 families in there and 1 employee was trying to help everyone. That makes it hard to shop when you need help. Especially for a place like this because it's not as organized as a typical store. I recommend you go take a look, but be sure to compare the prices. Fyi, delivery is $60. read more

Everything is over priced for damaged crap. I bought 3 boxes of lights and all of them were missing pieces and/or broken.

I am so disappointed. Please save your money. After a few recommendations, I went here to purchase both a washer and dryer. I was told by the sales person that both were under warranty (false). The dryer did not work, so I had a GE technician come to inspect the dryer. It needs a Computer board ($451.98) I purchased this dryer along with washer on February 20th 2024 for $858.92. The dryer has NEVER worked. After speaking with GE I learned that the dryer was purchased November 15th 2021 from Home Depost! it's out of warranty. My only choice is to purchase a new dryer because I don't trust my purchase from Columbus Liquidation Center. There could be additional faulty parts. Do not purchase appliances here. read more

The place is terrible. No one can make a decision except for one employee, if he shows up. Prices are not liquidation Prices. You might as well pay for new with a receipt. Which you are not going to get there. And warranty. They need a class in sales, and no personality. Better realize the customer doesn't need you, you need them. And what is the extra fee if you use a credit card. That's part of running a business. You eat that cost not the customer. I'm not sure if that's even legal. I'll never go back. Better be trying there best because the area it's in is a dead zone. My prediction it will be closed in a year. read more

First off the best employee is the delivery guy, poor guy has to deal with the bad communication of the employees not telling people it's curb delivery.... I'm still trying to figure out why someone would pay for an item, then pay a hefty delivery charge just to have it delivered to the curb... secondly the customer service is horrible, I definitely feel bad for the owner whose business is going to tank bcz of the worst customer service I've ever dealt with, the boy got an attitude and smart mouth, they don't answer the phone that's on the website, and when they do call back, they don't acknowledge it's Columbus Liquidation Center... he said "yeah did someone call this number" I was like is this your personal line, I'm confused? Also I purchased a tub surround that was in the box, all the pieces was there but or course once I got it home and completely out the box, it was previously cut... no I didn't see that, but the girl stated that it was new and all the pieces was there. Third, when the manager did call back he said his name was Tim... then by the end of the conversation his named changed to Steven.... I will never ever shop there again nor do I even recommend it!!!! read more
