So we got the phones. 2 days later we get a bill in the mail plus an email for $600.00. So we go back to the store and tell the guy that this wasn't t the BBC amount he told us we were gonna have to pay. I don't have $600. A month. So we said you know what, we want to return everything. The guy said ok I'll refund everything and credit the 2 days that you had the phones just please promise me that you guys will come back here to buy your phones. "Are ya kidding me?" You charge $600 a month and you want us to come back? Do he kept asking us and we just wanted to return everything so we said ya whatever. a few days go by and we got 2 IPhones at AT&T instead. The very next day, we get a virus sent to us on our phones so we investigate a little and find out that it was sent to us from Verizon because we had kept our original phone numbers with all the phones. Then a few weeks go by and we find out that our credit rating says we have an unpaid bill from Verizon and they dropped our credit score number. So we call customer service and give them the name the phones were under, the phone numbers, the invoice number for the phones and everything because we had a receipt and they tell us that they have no record of the bill, yet they ruined our credit with it. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! And the manager of the store is a a**wh*le for sending us a virus and ruining our credit and lying to us about the monthly bill! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND SNYONE EVER, EVER BUY S PHONE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TOBGET ROBBED, GET A VIRUS SENT TO YOUR PHONE AND GET YOUR CREDIT RUINED AND THEN THEY LIE AND TELL YOU THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT YOUR TALKING ABOUT. After our dishwasher died a slow, lingering, ultimately smoky death, the mister wanted to get a…read morenicer, quieter replacement. After picking out the one that best met his stringent requirements, he called around and found only a few places that carried it, and only one that did their own installation: Central Appliance. He purchased and set up the delivery and installation appointment over the phone, and was in contact via email after Hurricane Sandy delayed the delivery. The delivery and installation went very smoothly, with one exception: a small rock got caught from our driveway in the bottom of the dishwasher while bringing it upstairs, and scratched our tile floor. The installer was very apologetic and said we should contact Central Appliance directly, which we did, and Merry (manager? Owner? Person in charge that had handled the entire transaction) had a tile company come out and fix it up promptly. All in all we were extremely satisfied--we never had to step foot outside!--and would recommend Central Appliance to anyone in the area looking for a trustworthy, experienced dealer. By the way, Merry told the mister that Central Appliance is the only authorized Bosch dealer in the area, and that the other company who said they "had a guy" to put in the dishwasher used CA as their contractor for Bosch repairs. So they appear to really be the experts.

Wow! How often do you call an electrican and get service and repair in 45 minutes. We tried to fix…read morethe problem ourselves. But how we handled it wasn't quite right...problem not solved. So I called Dompier Electric on a Sunday when we failed. Their answering service said they would leave a message and they would return my call on Monday. Since I'd been living with the problem already that sounded good to me. On Monday I decided to make sure my message got through. I discovered that after giving them my payment information the repairman was on his way. Within 30/45 minutes the serviceman was here and within a half hour the problem was solved. I could not recommend Dompier Electric because I found them to be very unreliable. I had them come…read moreout to give me an estimate on a installing a fuse box and a switch for a generator. They said they would run some numbers and send an estimate. I called three times over the course of a month and a half. Each time the owner told me he was putting the estimate in the mail that day. The estimate never arrived. This was a fairly big job too. If their attention to detail and customer service is that bad I would not chance their work results not being just as poor.
