I usually shop in person, but for large items that do not fit in my vehicle, I shop online for local delivery. The employees have served us promptly and politely. The furniture is built to be reasonably priced, so it is not a high quality. For example, many years ago I bought a couch, and it lasted only months before foam fell out! As a result, I will never again buy a coach here, or any other important furniture such as beds, mattresses, kitchen cabinets, and appliances. Instead, the furniture that I usually buy from IKEA is bookcases and desks. I own several IKEA bookcases. I do not like that the bookcases with doors tip over, but I do like the quality of the bookcases without doors. I like the metal bookcases over the engineered-wood bookcases because they are water-resistant. Sometimes I buy some small home goods such as bath mats, which are a very good quality and have a low price. IKEA also sells other home goods such as kitchenware, light fixtures, storage containers, artificial plants, and pet toys. This IKEA also contains a restaurant. I recently ate lunch there, and I rate the foods as 4 stars.

The only downside was that the bathrooms were not as clean as I would have liked, but not horrible.

The recliner is real leather and we were able to pick the fabric for the couch and ottoman. The bases are real wood. Fast forward to today and those pieces are still going strong in our home. So when we needed a new dining room table Roomful Express was where he headed. We went in last week and picked out a table that we liked. Marcie was our salesperson and she was wonderful. She allowed us to look around. She didn't hover which was nice. She was very knowledgeable. She answered all of our questions. She wrote down information for us so we could go home and measure. She even offered us a wood sample to take home to see if the color of the finish worked with our existing furniture. Today we sat down with the owner Nathan to make our purchase. He was very nice and explained everything to us which made the purchasing process a breeze. So you may think to yourself . . . that kind of quality and excellent customer service must come at a steep price. It doesn't. If you shop other furniture stores you will quickly see the value of your purchase. Quality at an affordable price. When calling to check on status of order I was told that the company was in the process of revamping and not even the manager of the store knew what was going on. I was given a number to the corporate manager, but of course no answer. I have left two messages and I am still awaiting a phone call, just want to know if my furniture is going to be available in a timely manner, or if I need to cancel my order and go elsewhere. Very unprofessional.
