I went, but they have LOUSY hours, are expensive, and not only didn't have a few things I needed but told me they aren't even made anymore. So, I went to my trusty Daniels' instead, like I should have to begin with. Amazingly they had the very items I needed, including what I was told was not even made anymore. 3 Brothers completely lost my business after that. Even if Daniels doesn't have it I will NEVER go there as they are blatant liars with crappy hours. I love going here to be able to get one or two bolts, or nuts or whatever, instead of an entire package. For a small store they have almost everything I ever need for my projects or home maintenance. The staff is always friendly and greet you when you come in. They are always asking if you need help. If you need help and they are not right there just go to the counter and they will help. Unlike at a big box store when you need help and you can't find a stinking soul to help you. lol. They will talk with you about what you are doing and looking for and can make suggestions or will look for an answer. At a big box store once you DO find somebody, half the time they can't help and have to get somebody else. So, their hours are great. Their staff is friendly, helpful and around. The selection is great. And their prices are not bad either.

He also used a small amount of putty on a few small connecting point/holes. He did not seem to know much about my appliances at all. I asked if I paid with check if he would hold onto it for 3 days. He agreed. I was charged a $50 overdraft fee by my bank when he went straight to the bank with it. When I called him multiple times to ask why he did that, he ghosted me. Lesson learned. I would not recommend. Expertise did not seem adequate, work was lazy and overpriced, and he does not have integrity nor keep his word.

I immediately called my mom to talk to her about the situation and as always she had the plan lol She jumped on Yelp and found Mr. Bill. I called him and explained the situation and since he had other people already scheduled he came the following day. Mr. Bill was very courteous and respectful. He arrived when he said he would. He was friendly and fast he had everything complete in minutes. He also gave me a brief tutorial on my appliances and how to use them since he was familiar. Further, Eddie was able to diagnose the problem and solve it in 15 minutes - the other companies wanted me to remove the wall oven (about 400 lbs) from the wall. When you spend thousands and thousands of dollars on appliances at a store, you would think that the business would appreciate it and try to assist you if issues arose. Not Bridgeville Appliance. We bought extended warranties from Bridgeville since they told us the extended warranty is better than the manufacturer's warranty and Bridgeville will repair them - not some other company. Ice maker broke in early August - needed a cutting grid. We called Bridgeville to get it repaired and they told us that they do not repair that brand of ice maker - when we were told at purchase that they repaired everything in house. Since they couldn't repair it, they outsourced it to another company. The warranty company that Bridgeville Appliance sold us is still investigating the claim. I was so furious at what Bridgeville Appliance sold us that I private paid over $600 to get the ice maker fixed. It is 3 months later and the warranty company is still investigating. I contacted Bridgeville Appliance and they told me it was a service issue and the owner or manager were notified. A month later and nothing from the owner. Nothing from the manager. There are a lot of companies out there that sell higher end appliances. Companies that would appreciate your business. Go to one of them. They said they had them and they were really nice. They weren't kidding. They had a beautiful selection of water lilies, lettuce and hyacinths and I really stocked up for my Koi pond. There was also a huge selection of flowers, plants, ornamental trees, veggies and herbs, pretty much anything you could be looking for garden-related. The customer service was fantastic as I was asked several times if there was anything specific I was looking for and if they could help me. It was nice to see several people on the floor working and anxious to be helpful to customers. I also found the prices to be really fair here. The water hyacinths were a couple of dollars less than the sad looking ones at the other place, and the couple of plants I got were priced at below what I would have paid at a big box store. I would always rather support a local business. I also remember from when I was younger that they do nice special events here such as Santa photos during the holidays. It's a very nice shop and if you have any questions about whether they have what you need, call before you go as they seem more than happy to be helpful!

They change up like it's a new store for all the major holidays. I miss the back room that used to be just fountains or just Christmas, however. They are a bit pricey compared to other stores that are bigger but the experience is very nice.
