He cannot sit in it for long periods of time. It's NOT COMFORTABLE. (I don't remember the floor model being like this but I'm sure it's been on the floor for years and is finally broken in). I told them how bad the replacement was. They said they don't see anything wrong with the original sagging rippling chair after 7 months and they weren't gonna do anything because a new one would just do the same thing . My 10-year-old recliner looks better. They should be ashamed treating their customers like this. I live in Maryland. Buyers beware. No matter what they say about the warranty, there is none. They simply don't care about their customers. They take your money and treat everyone badly.

But in the last couple years, everything's gone downhill. The furniture isn't just "gently used" anymore - it's flat-out DIRTY! I could even deal with that if they'd lower prices, but the staff's attitude is the real problem. Service quality varies between stores, but Hanover (my old favorite) has gotten terrible. I do NOT recommend shopping here. I'll sum it up by saying some of the staff are a little too outspoken and mean-spirited in front of customers. The last time, ever, I shopped at FCG was very uncomfortable. This store's management needs to remember that customers have ears.
