James took a complete ownership approach to our project and the final outcome proved his expertise. Jim is extremely knowledgeable, a rare craftsman with many years of finish carpentry experience, which is what we were seeking in a builder. From choice of materials, framing, conception and design, the final outcome exceeded our expectations. We are planning on having James build phase 2 of this deck next summer, adding a bridge, and another bigger deck area, which will extend further into the yard.
