The hard cover in my truck bed started flapping. I was in desperate need for an Allen wrench to tighten it up before it came off. I saw this hardware store on the map but it showed closed. I called anyway just in case that was old info. To my surprise, someone answered. I asked if they were open and she (I never did catch her name) said no... but if I needed something, she was there and would open for me! I was shocked. I went there, and sure enough, she opened for me, helped find what I needed then locked up again. She told me she's not always there on Sunday's but is very often considering she's the owner! My father said "is that what you consider fixed?!" They said "they weren't told that it needed wheels", what they fixed was a hole. Keep in mind, when it was brought in, THEIR EMPLOYEE LOOKED IT OVER, IN IT'S ENTIRELY, ACCESSED IT ENOUGH TO GIVE A RATE OF $70!!! PERHAPS WE ALL misunderstood your needs. We would be happy to fix the wheels on your screen door, however there may be an additional fee added. Will that work for you?"
