I was very surprised to see that there were some very negative reviews on this store. They were from a year ago and longer so maybe things have changed because I only have positive things to say about this store. Kevin and Peggy go above and BEYOND at the register, making sure you get the most out of your coupons. Tonight I was still shopping and the store had closed but I had one item that I had not found yet. Mark the manager took time to help me try to find the item and no one rushed me. Kevin and Peggy were still at the registers and I was apologizing to them for keeping them late. In most stores that you go to today they want you out of the store before it even closes. But here everyone told me to take my time and make sure I had gotten what I needed. They truly understand the meaning of customer service! read more

I used to shop here regularly because of the good prices combined with the coupons but my last few visits ended in frustration. I work out how I will use my coupons and they always foul it up because the cashiers can't do basic math. Just checked my receipt and was charged for 2 items when I only purchased one of the particular item. So fed up. They need better training when it comes to deducting coupons or they need it automated by the registers. I like BBB, but I have come to hate shopping at this location. read more

The Paramus location has better customer service. I made this complaint at another shop and time to be fair. I became ill and sat in a corner and drank sugar. I sat on my walker. Next thing I know, I'm being chased/harassed by an employee (with a learning disability) who told me I didn't have COPD. Gee thanks. I was trying to get away from him as I recovered. Eventually the worker stormed off bc I refused to debate whether or not I'd get cancer. I asked the able-bodied manager where the linens were that I had come to buy. "In the back." Dumbfounded. I had just done a lap of the whole store to recover from my lo sugar event, being talked at by a disabled employee. I was exhausted. Why did he not get what I wanted? I had ordered it online. There was no excuse for not helping me, walker or no. He should have gotten it for me. The learning disabled employee would have helped had he not gotten upset by my refusal to talk nonsense. Learning Disabled tend to be harder workers but the intrusive questions must stop. read more

Outstanding customer service at this location. I returned something that my mother purchased and was not working out for her and they refunded the entire amount on a gift card cheerfully. Now she can go back and use the credit for a tank on her SodaStream. read more

I really like this place. The employees are nice, the place is clean, it is easy to find parking, the checkout lines move pretty efficiently and they take expired coupons. What is not to like about BBB. read more

"Joy" the manager is absolutely rude on every level. I seen her tell a employee "go on break now or dont go at all" and the other time roll her eyes at a customer for not telling her the reason for returning an item lol like get over yourself sis . dont waste your time here go to the one in nyack instead! read more
