I don't think the pandemic has been kind to Bed Bath & Beyond. This used to be a dangerous place for us to work our way around the store looking because we would succumb to a bit of impulse buying. Not so much now. We went in for the first time a few weeks ago to get some new pillows and sheets and it looked a little worn with a lot less merchandise on the shelves. This store has always been a tight fit on the aisles with little room to turn around and it is still that way but there are some empty spaces on the shelves now. They have curbside pickup if you know what you want and don't want to go in. If you want to shop and compare items it may not be as enjoyable as it used to be. read more

I was looking for covers for my couch that were easy to place and clean in the washer and dryer. The shelves at this location are empty in many areas. There is random clearance items scattered on shelves in no rhyme or reason. I finally looked the covers on an end cap and again the same items in the pet section. They only had two kinds. I was not looking for bathroom rugs. Again, some located in the middle of the aisle in no organized fashion than other bathroom rugs. Walking in the bathroom section, I was able to find more rugs in a variety of styles and colors. This is not how I know Bed Bath and Beyond keeps their stores. Maybe pandemic issues with supplies but Marshall's in the same plaza has more house items than them. Just weird read more

I don't care too much about bed bath and freaking beyond. In fact I never have. They kept sending me these coupons in the mail so I finally gave in and drove to the store like a sucker. I bought a few household items for my place since I moved from another state and needed some new stuff like towels, shower curtain, doormat, etc. The price is terrible even after using the coupons. Everyone who works there is always friendly and tell you about special deals that you did not even know about when you are checking out! Being a guy I even love this place! ( buying stuff for cars is easy for the house not so much ) I had a Nutribullet I purchased there that was over a year old and stopped working. Bed bath and beyond took it back with no questions asked. I always like the deals that I get via emails from bed Bath and beyond, and I have plenty of 20% coupons to use when I go there. Customer service is always good although sometimes you might have to wander around some to find someone to speak to. This is just what you need if you're searching for those specialty goodies for your home. It's the kind of place where they sell items you never thought you might need-like spoons made specifically for eating grapefruit. (And yes, I have invested in a set of four of those.) They sell a galore of the "oxo" brand, which are products I've been very satisfied with. It's pretty much why I keep coming back. The staff here is really friendly. I enjoy that, and I love to be greeted by the customer service desk as I enter the door. Sometimes, I feel they can be overly concerned with your shopping experience. On my most recent visit, two employees asked me back-to-back if I was finding everything okay. A few aisles down and a couple minutes later, the same two employees checked up on me. Again, back-to-back. I understand that they might have genuinely wanted to help (and they might not have noticed), but I felt as if I was being identified as a red-flag customer. I only say this, because I have worked in retail. This is how we shoo off any suspicious behavior. I can't complain, though. It's always refreshing to have a staff that is willing to help out. Anyway, I've not bought anything from here that did not function properly. That includes: a portable cell phone charger, dry/liquid measuring cups, Tervis bottles, a dish drying rack, storage organization... The list goes on. Save those 20% off coupons because they let you use them after the expiration date. I have no complaints, I shop on Amazon generally, but if I have a coupon this is a good place to go. Large selection of K-cups, nice trash bins, good place to buy small appliances and vacuum cleaners (because of the coupons). I like to buy other housewares at Marshall's, Homegoods, etc. just to save a few bucks - but if you have a coupon you can feel pretty confident that you are getting a decent deal. read more

A great specialty store - especially for kitchen stuff. Get everything from a $4 drain plug to a $500 blender in one place. Great selection of Tervis products and linens/bathroom supplies also. Not somewhere to shop for staples, unless you are quite handsomely wealthy, but definitely a place to shop for particular items or items for which quality is very important. read more

Excellent customer service! We tried to exchange an empty sodastream CO2 cylinder at Target and were told that we had to purchase a new cylinder at full price. Bed Bath & Beyond provided the correct information on the cylinder exchange and only charged us for the price of the gas contents without our having to get our cylinder back from Target. I really enjoy shopping at this store. The salespeople are really friendly, and the selection of products is fabulous! The prices are reasonable (especially after the 20% coupon is applied), and there's a big clearance section in the front. My favorite sections are the organizational supplies sections and the pet section, which is really impressive. I tend to go there for unusual kitchen supplies (like a certain kind of strainer) or for little things that are hard to find in other stores (like those clips that keep your sheets from slipping). read more
