Overall, excellent service, professional install, patient with questions, and respectful of my house! Great company. Just had my consultation with Rob and we put my new shower stall and toilet install into motion. He was polite and courteous and really took his time to make sure I felt comfortable and understood everything, especially the financing aspect. He answered all my questions and we also had a friendly chat to the point where I kind of felt bad because I know these sales calls cost time and money. They refuse to speak on the phone or email me even with the contract holder there. This is my only shower. I'm the only one who lives here. I needed to get my last shower replaced because it was leaking. I had no idea that this company would inflict so much damage. If you care about your space and peace of mind, please stay away from this company. I'm serious. I wish they had given me accurate information and not made so many errors. This all may have been avoided if they had spoken to me directly. They cumulatively have spent nearly 24 hours in my house since June (now August), and they still wanted to come back because they made another error. I finally asked the contract holder to say no. I can't emphasize enough the unprofessionalism of Luxury Bath. I'm guessing they will respond to this by saying I made a mistake. However, rest assured, I am being genuine.

Larry showed us 5 to 6 plans and talked about the cost of each to determine what would be most cost effective for us since we informed them we plan on selling in a few years. Larry Jr was great to work with during the project. He informed of us of all progress and milestones daily. When we ordered a washer and dryer that would not fit he found other parts of the project to work on until we could get what would fit. From start to finish they took three weeks. Our project was definitely a large task in our eyes as they rerouted all the plumbing within a concrete slab. As you can see the finished project is beautiful and we are no longer embarrassed when someone requests to use our bathroom.
