I was just calling to let Jarsons know, how unsatisfied I was with the guardsman protection, and what had happened to me, expecting nothing in return from Jaron's, since it wasn't Jaron's fault. I told Marla about my horrible interaction with Guardsman Much to my surprise and gratitude, Marla handled the situation for me and turned it around into a very positive experience. It was such a wonderful experience having a business go to bat for their customers. All my furniture will always come from Jaron's!!! I feel as if they truly care about their customers. (We had the remote control replaced in February 2026.) Mr. Jaron and Mr. Hoag were great. They worked closely with me to have the chair examined thoroughly. They took the chair to the Bordentown outlet to have it repaired, and they gave me an interim loaner chair. My chair was returned today and it is working perfectly. I am very grateful to everyone who was involved with having my chair repaired, and a special thanks to John Hoag who clearly understands what quality customer service is.

Joanna and Paul, the owners of Soldier 58, are the nicest people! They patiently answered all of my stupid questions, and really took the time to help me select the right color paints for my project. Paul and I looked at many, many samples together, while I tried to decide how to proceed. The two hour course was worthwhile, and I love the sample door that I painted- I can't wait to try the real thing! (And we were there for well over two hours, as Joanna spent quality time with each of the participants.) The shop, filled with painted pieces and unique finds, is really, really charming, and their prices are very reasonable. If you are in Bordentown, I highly recommend that you stop in.

They will never let you know about those crazy finance charges.
