I've been a customer for…read moreover twenty years and for the first time ever, I had an inquiry about the receipt and flowers I got, I've gone literally everyday for like the past three weeks like they know me and my hubs and kiddos by now - but for some reason today when I inquired about charges and flowers, the customer service I received was awful. They tried explaining but did it so fast then also said i was wrong bc the cashier remembers, which i can accept had they actually pointed out and showed me what was what but my cart wasn't in front of me (it was in the car by that time) and I had asked if they could just quick walk over to the car with me which was parked extremely close as it was not busy, to help show me what was what bc I was confused and didn't really get an explanation other than i was wrong bc the cashier remembers and instead of doing that, they shut their doors (the register is a tiny shed outside) and that was that. I am the friendliest human ever and was so incredibly nice about this and asking. Then once i walked back to my car to see if a manager could help bc i literally just wanted someone to show me which plants were what price wise/pot size wise. I genuinely was asking nicely. The girl who answered said the manager wasn't there and i asked if she could tell me when the manager would be in because i had questions about charges. She hung up on me. So i walked into the actual building where i asked for the manager, the girl walked over to the manager and he looked at me, she returned saying he didn't want to speak to me. It was the weirdest experience ive ever had there and it was kind of enough to put me off for good. I can spend thousands every year on florals and landscaping and bird items, anywhere. I liked supporting their biz but that. Felt so lazy and lame and like shit customer service i just never want to go back or let me kids near those kids running the place again. They're so disrespectful and just not cut out for customer service or providing floral or math/register service to adults period. They have great deals on paint for your house or crafting. I got a nice size jar of craft paint for under $20! I was surprised by the fantastic color choices too! They had new winter coats for $10 but only in a size medium. You just never know what you will find there! They always have new items at the end caps by the register or you can ask where more are. I also joined their fb page. They post brand new inventory photos when they get large shipments! Fantastic for buying for yourself or reselling! We are lucky to have this location. The Home Depot and the staff at this location are EXCELLENT!!…read more The problem is the policies of Home Depot. I purchased a Samsung Microwave from this location for a my home in NYC. I was charged a delivery fee of $59.00, which I had no option. I was not allowed to pick the item up from the store to avoid this fee. The item was delivered as promised. When the item was opened to be insalled it was discovered to be damaged. Policy by Home Depot, must be returned within 48 hours. I spent $410.22 for a Samsung Microwave I cannot use this item!! I am basically being told, hey you purchase, we take your hard earned money and if anything goes wrong, work it out for yourself!! Your time and money are not of value. You as a customer, are not of value. I am writing this review as I am being put on long extended holds and several transfers. I have been on the phone for a hour and still running. DO NOT GO INTO A HOME DEPOT. DOES NOT MATTER WHERE IT IS. THIS COMPANIES POLICIES ARE NOT FOR CONSUMER!! FYI THEY ALSO OWN LOWES!!!
