I bought sofa from Modern Line Furniture in March 2016. They told me that they don't have it China has to build it. Finally in June 2016 it was delivered to me. By August 2017 the sofas ripped complete on both seats. I contacted the company in October 2017. They told me the repairs will cost $1000 since I only had 1 year warranty. I told them ok. But I didn't have money I don't them I want repairs in March 2018. So 1 week before March I been trying to contact them they were ignoring me. Until I posted negative comment on Google they called me back right away and threaten me? I spoke with sales rep who seems to know her stuff and I were very surprised to find out they have inventory I was looking for. The sales rep promised me to deliver all items in 2 weeks but the shipment came week later. I have no problem with products and services they provide but deliver took longer than expected.
