When I asked the branch manager Nathan Hastings why they did on the second house but not the first, he said "because of the pitch" of the roof. My response to him was, "It might be too steep for your men, but not for mice. We paid $22,000 for mouse exclusion and you leave the ridge vents open for mice to enter?" So if you have a roof with a 12/12 pitch, Orkin might not disclose that they will seal all other mouse entry points but not the ridge vents. The second house had a 1980-sq. ft. attic, and the mouse treatment was $22,950. They also treated both houses for termites at $4,000 each house. Matthew Calvin and Sid Way were very knowledgeable, and I give them special thanks for teaching me and sharing their expertise. The 2-stars rating is for being way overpriced.
