If they simply chose not to do our yard, the courteous thing would have been to do it the first time since they said they would on more than one occasion, and then advise us to find someone else. Now we have grass five days longer and will probably not be able to get someone else to come until next week. Their website also says they are Better Business Bureau (BBB) Accredited, but the BBB's website says they are not. Very poor business practice and definitely not committed to customer satisfaction.
