My response to him was, "It might be too steep for your men, but not for mice. We paid $22,000 for mouse exclusion and you leave the ridge vents open for mice to enter?" So if you have a roof with a 12/12 pitch, Orkin might not disclose that they will seal all other mouse entry points but not the ridge vents. The second house had a 1980-sq. ft. attic, and the mouse treatment was $22,950. They also treated both houses for termites at $4,000 each house. Matthew Calvin and Sid Way were very knowledgeable, and I give them special thanks for teaching me and sharing their expertise. The 2-stars rating is for being way overpriced.

this is in bluff city tn. super shady company that will start billing you without your…read moreauthorization and seems to have a whole system to rip people off. in my search for pest control I called a bunch of companies. some said they would come and look to see my issue and I was under the impression they would quote me after they looked. once they get your address this company just starts charging you. but they wait awhile before they charge you hoping you will forget whether you signed up with them. I figured the whole scam when I talked with them yesterday. I got confused and paid them for a service they claimed they did in February thinking it was the company I actually did hire. I realkzed after I paid them that they are not the company I hired. I told them there has been a mistake. anyway, before I figured out the issue I spoke to them about another property that needed service. they said they would check it out which they did the same day. i thought they were just going to check it out and quote me but without me authorizing it they set up bait stations and I found out from the technician they were going to start charging me. I remember 100% I did not authorize them to do anything other than look at the problem. this is where they get you, all they do is have a record of a phone call and then from there once they have an address of the property , your name and contact info they start charging you whether or not you agreed to it. then if you question whether you agreed to the service they use evidence of their phone log that you agreed to it when in reality all you agreed was for them to look at the property and do a quote. they were able to trick me on the supposed February service with this tactic but tried to get me on it again in the service after I talked to them yesterday. this is where I caught them, because I know i know I did not authorize service but they went and set traps and I guess were going to start billing me.
