Owner was a little snarky by email when I expressed frustration at the timing - took all day to deliver when they claim they're a local business. They're not really local to me - they closed that store but still list it so we think they're hyper-local. And rather than just apologizing ("Hey, we're surprisingly busy today") or empathizing in some miniscule way at my frustration, they told me I wasn't important - since I was an individual and not a business or a funeral, I was last in line to receive the flowers for the day. Then, they felt compelled to email again so they made sure they got the last word in the debate. Not professional and not customer-friendly at all. Trying to separate the snarkiness of the after-delivery conversation from the flowers in giving my review. I wouldn't recommend speaking to them - just order online. I'll probably try another place first before I order from them again just because of that. But hey - maybe they were just having a bad day.

Crazy enough, I literally just received an email from them (came through @ 10:16 AM) saying "Mother's Day is this Sunday". "Hurry and order today." "Schedule delivery." Just looked at the site yesterday. There was a banner at the bottom stating there were 2 + days left to order for Mother's Day. Too bad. They just lost a $200 order & a repeat customer.

This year they had a Christmas Spirit ornament that I really wanted. I asked if they would have it next year since we were on a budget this year. We bought our one family ornament and as they packed the bag they let me know that there was something small in there to thank us for being loyal customers. It doesn't look that big from the outside but it definitely has a lot of space to it. The worker was friendly too. The only downside is that a lot of things were super pricey. I know it's a small business but a lot of things were really overpriced. It's still a nice spot to come in and check out. If you're checking out the boardwalk I'd definitely stop in and take a look, it's worth it. Inside is small, but the displays and items chosen to put on sale have so much care put into them and an array of nice, beachy colors. The shop offers many products that reflect a part of the Rehoboth Beach community, but it still keeps things classy. I was shopping for a birthday gift for an older relative but wasn't sure what to get exactly. Paul one of the owners was so helpful with suggestions but at the same time, I never felt pressured. I did select something and he boxed and wrapped it too. He was so friendly and I spoke with him for at least an hour. Another random discovery in Rehoboth that delighted me upon it's discovery…read more I was pulled over to pick up my wife from a nice restaurant across the street (DRIFT) and saw the words GAME ON to my left and a Playstation 2 logo in the window. I immediately thought: "The wife can drink more so I gotta check that out!!" after finding so many fun retro toy and gadget stores in the area the past couple years. As a video game afficionado, i have traveled and stumbled upon many a retro video game store and suffice to say I was not disappointed. A very well organized store with a deep variety of games , consoles (hello 3DO), and accessories for all of them. Definitely some very rare items that impressed even my jaded gamer soul. I was happily surprised to see a Rock Band guitar setup on a PS2 in the back to demo/play and a Xbox 360 kiosk with a sonic for my son to sample while i browsed. I particularly loved the Gaming Guide shelf. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable that I wish I'd had more time. Adding this store to my must visit list whenever I'm down to the beach.
