Oddly enough, if I look out my apartment window, I can see the building where the dundalk store once resided. We needed a pie, because it was pi day. In the past, Jeremy and I have visited much larger, chain grocery stores on pi day, we've come up empty-handed. Santoni's did not disappoint. We got a gorgeous lemon meringue pie, and it was discounted several dollars, which made it all the sweeter. Finally decaded to contact Once Upon a Crumb, called and left voice mail. Heidi called back and she was very helpful in deciding what to order. I got an email with confirmation, but I had to ask for another favor - if they would make a card for us- and they would!! They also changed delivery time at the last minute to earlier, as I have asked for it. I have received via e-mail a photo of our order as well . The person who received a gift is very happy, she sent a photos too, the great secured packaging. I am highly recommending Once Upon a Crumb, I cannot remmember when I had better, at the same tame proffesional and friendly service.
