Tea Do is one of the top boba shops in Boston, in Philly (several locations), in DC (VA burbs and MD burbs), and here, in the west burbs of Baltimore too. In some ways it dominates the late night North East USA boba scene, and does so in a good way, with cheap products that are delicious and well worth your time. Tea Do helps me when traveling because long after other boba shops are closed, I can hang out here until sometimes past midnight, enjoying late night boba in safe surroundings and outlets for my devices. Including the strawberry black tea which is a Halloween special. I really have nothing but great things to say about Tea Do.
