After lying down on 5 mattresses, I picked my first choice hybrids: Tempur-Pedic Adapt-memory foam and Prana Karma with talalay latex. I spent the night doing research on both memory foam and latex and decided latex was better for me. Went back the next day, purchased my hybrid mattress and saved $$ because of Memorial weekend sales. Also got a bamboo pillow because you can never have too many pillows. Lol. To be fair, I have purchased several appliances from them without incident. I purchased a new dishwasher (with installation). Had no issue until recently. The dishwasher wasn't draining. I checked YouTube for suggestions. Removed the screws and pulled the dishwasher out. To my surprise the drain hose was spliced to the old one with a rusty pipe, not to the T drain as stated on their website. So all of the dirty water was literally going back into the dishwasher. As I said, wrote to them twice. Not even a canned response. Check any installation from this shady company. I need a new refrigerator but not a chance I would buy another appliance from them.

In the meantime we could go to their free cafe in the back and grab a snack and coffee. I was also very impressed with their interior - they had a calming koi pond and pretty stairs. The layout was also not as overwhelming as other furniture stores and was easy to navigate. Our sales associate was Jackie and she was wonderful. She answered our questions and offered recommendations without being too pushy. She was also very kind and easy to talk to. We ended up leaving for a bit to take more measurements of the room and to scope out other furniture outlets. We only needed to see Raymour and Flanagan's overpriced stock and rude employees before we immediately went back to Bob's. We ended up buying a bigger sectional than we had originally planned and I couldn't be happier. I am looking forward to delivery day and will update this review once my couch arrives.
