I went mattress shopping this morning I was a little nervous because it's an investment and not too cheap. I went to two stores the second one was Mattress Firm. I had a hard time explaining what type I was looking for. The first store gave me a business card with quotes on it. Once I gave the card to Mike he knew exactly what type I was looking for. The second one I tried was perfect! Not only did Mike show me the right one for me, he adjusted the price to match the one on the card! I felt so comfortable buying it! I looked no further. Every store is a pleasure when you are buying something but what sets apart a great store is when something goes wrong....how do you like them then. Let me just say that my problem was all me, I just didn't like the bed that I picked out so I went back to the store. I can't say enough about Chaz the salesman that helped me. He was courteous, listened to me and helped me find the perfect bed, saved me more money than when I originally went in the store and upgraded the adjustable base that I wanted to buy to one I didn't think I could afford.
