The owner can rapid fire respond to a yelp or google review but couldn't be bothered to respond to emails? To calls? Or to take any action whatsoever? That's priorities! And to be clear- tonight I read a review by someone named Matt Reis on google. He had the exact same experience 4 weeks ago. He lost valuable time and money due to their inaction and dereliction. And no one communicated with him either. So it's a pattern not an anomaly.
