After visiting his physician, having an MRI, and months of unsuccessful physical therapy the only other option offered to him was surgery. I was very nervous about this and wanted him to get a second opinion. Of course it was during the pandemic and he couldn't get in to see another physician. After reading up on his condition, I suggested he at least try a few other options before submitting to surgery. I called this local chiropractic office and was pleased at how easy it was to get him set up with an initial appointment and provide them with our insurance information for them to bill. The husband was gloomy and certain he'd just live like this forever but he went to the appointment with his MRI for Greg to look at. Greg reviewed the MRI and determined that the husband of mine would come in three times a week as well as made some suggestions for mattress toppers, back pillows, and exercises for him to do at home. The husband was willing to try anything recommended and was a model patient. As he slowly improved week by week he also become much more pleasant to be around and I was pretty thrilled with the magic Greg was working. As his flexibility improved and pain decreased so did his recommended visits and he now only comes in once a month or so for maintenance appointments and is practically pain free. He's been so pleased with his treatment, the flexibility of making and changing appointments due to his complicated work schedule, and really enjoyed working with Greg. He always came back from his appointments in a great mood laughing at something him and Greg had been talking about. It was a very eye-opening experience to see just how traumatic my collision was on my body. From there they took the time to explain how I should deal with my injuries at home (icing times, other exercises and things I could do along the way). They were very careful at first with adjusting me since my body was so sore/damaged. As time went on they increased treatment they would do and gave me advice along the way. They later let me know when I was ready to start physical therapy and gladly provided recommendations to me as well. I was very happy I chose to go here. The front office staff are very friendly and always greet you with a smile. They also have tea and nice cold water for you in the waiting room. I got a massage here too and even have gone to some of their other classes (meditation, yoga) as well and they have all been wonderful. All in all a great experience all around. I went into the office with back pain and achiness. As Dr. Leslie put her hands on my low back, I literally could feel the pain "disappear" and "melt" beneath her healing touch. The treatment wasn't very helpful for my pain but it was fairly relaxing and pleasant. Her partner gave me some exercises to do but they just made the pain worse. Maybe there was nothing any chiro could have done for my pain. I don't know. That isn't the reason for one star, though. Why one star? She did some nutrition testing on me (separately, related to a free demonstration she does) and she told me that I needed to buy the pills she sold to get better. I had thought she was going to do food testing and tell me if there were foods I should avoid to help get better. Instead she just tested my response to the pills she sold. In all my sessions after that (I bought a set of sessions and used them all) she would work on my back but then tell me that I wasn't really wasn't going to get better without the pills. I looked up both the pills and the kind of testing she did online and I was really unimpressed. In particular: the quackwatch.com article on Standard Process Labs, and the clinical trials that were done with applied Kinesiology and wasp venom. If you go to her website, you can see that she lists Standard Process Labs and Nutrition Testion (which is applied Kinesiology, if you read the description). I didn't need magic pills and snake oil, I needed medical care. I would have been much more impressed if she had told me that I wasn't responding the way she expected me to and made nutritional recommendations or recommended that I see a traditional doctor and get an MRI etc. I would never use her services again and I probably won't try a chiro again at all, after this experience.

Dr. Tiffany and Dr. Jason are both amazing--kind, patient, and really take the time to listen. I noticed a big improvement in my headache and neck pain after my visits. I also bring my son here. He's a trumpet player in a jazz band and sometimes has neck issues, and they've been great with him too. The clinic feels welcoming, and I never feel rushed and sometimes I even go walk-ins.
