Sean is friendly and welcoming. Right before the massage, he takes the time to chat with you, get to know you, then he asks how he can help with your particular ailment. The massage room is cozy, not stifling, which helps with the whole experience. Sean was amazing! Halfway through my massage, I felt my problem area loosen up quite a bit.
