They diagnosed the problem as a bad alternator which they replaced. I was pleasantly surprise of their outstanding work and extremely fair price. Bill was my point of contact and was very informative and trustworthy. My entire experience with Koch's was outstanding and I would definitely use them for future auto repairs if I lived closer to Batesville!

Ken charged me almost 750 dollars for parts with detailed pricing. Way over priced to say the least. When he finished, he obviously didn't even take the time to drive it around the block to make sure everything is as it should be. When I got it home I had to go back out and backing up it just went dead like some body unhooked the battery. I called to let him know for that price I shouldn't have any issues. He immediately starts saying well when you brought it in here the battery was dead and that it probably just had a bad cell in the battery instead of what can we do. Never again. It had several blown fuses with one being the main battery fuse. When I opened the fuse box, you couldn't miss it. The fuse was in pieces. I don't even know how I made it home. He couldn't check that out even though it was definitely not running right but he did replace to small sections of brake line coming off the back tires and charged me over 130 dollars for that. O didn't even tell him to fix that. I would have done that myself just to save some extra money. Never again. You just can't trust anyone. I only gave this outfit 1 star only because it wouldn't let me off of this page until I did. This mand is a crook.
