The next time I reached out to try to receive an estimate on 2 tires, JOHN ordered them for but told me I HAD to find a ride home because I could not wait I the shop. He attempted to call me a few times about the tires, but I HAD to go someplace where I could get them done immediately AND be able to wait. I phoned back about a WK later to inquire about a transmission and I was CURSED OUT by JOHN because I didn't have a way to drop off MY CAR and leave. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE SHOP!NOT EVEN TO AN ENEMY!!!!!

The fair, simple negotiation and process to get everything sorted was awesome. No extra back and forth or drawn out process to add warranties and extra costs. The truck I came in for was in need of tires, and I wasn't sure if that was something I would have to pay for on top of the listing price, or if it could be negotiated, etc. The first thing Bob told me (before I even brought it up) was that he won't sell a car with bad brakes or tires. He had the tires replaced with a quality set, even had a second key made, and the truck was spotless when I finally picked it up. I will absolutely be looking to Whitewater Motors when we go to buy our next vehicle.
