They also sell appliances, but I've never bought anything from them in years. Haven't heard anything positive about them in some time.

Buyers Beware: Do not use Firestone in Brookville Indiana…read more Most of you may know me, and some of you may not. I am not one to put my business out on social media but I want other people to know what happened to me so that hopefully I can prevent someone else from going through the same thing. 2 years ago we bought a washing machine from Firestone in Brookville. The first year we had it, it stopped working 3 separate times and they sent someone out to fix it on 3 separate occasions however it never did work like it was supposed to. It wouldn't drain the water, would not cycle through the cycles and would stop halfway through washing the clothes. They replaced the circuit board, replaced the latch, and replaced another part behind the washer. All within the first year of buying a brand NEW washer. Fast forward to the birth of my daughter a year later August 2018. The washer again stops draining the water. We called them again, and they sent someone out to my house to take a look. Again they said the latch was broken. How many times are they going to replace the same part? So we ordered the part and they said it would be there in a few days and they would come out the following week to fix it. A week comes and goes. 2 weeks comes and goes and finally we went and bought the latch ourselves and replaced it. Surprise. It still doesn't work. So once again I called them to see what was going on and Rhonda Homer who was super rude over the phone told me she would call me when the part came in. More time goes by and we are having to drive to and from Harrison to do laundry waiting for the part to arrive. Well to no surprise we waited months. Finally we had enough and went out and bought a new washing machine. Finally November 2018 we get a call saying the part came in. Rhonda Hofer called and we explained to her that we already had tried to replace the latch and that it still didn't work and that we went out and bought a new machine. She hung up. Fast forward a year later and Rhonda sued us in court for 200$ for a service they never performed and a part we never received. But the judge sided with her because they initially came out to our house and we never disputed that fact. What we did dispute was that it wasn't the latch that was the problem and that they never fixed it and we never received the part. But apparently if you own a business and you go to someone's house. You can charge them. Buyers beware!!! After speaking with many people in Brookville, we are not the only people Rhonda Hofer has done this too. I have no proof but after collecting testimony from many people who use them to fix their cars, it sounds like Rhonda Hofer is running a very crooked business. I am all about supporting local businesses and I try my best to never talk bad about a business. So the fact that I am writing this should speak for itself. Brookville it's time to Boycott this business and get them out of Brookville. This is not good business! Please comment below with your experiences from Firestone so everyone can decide for themselves what kind of business this is. Thanks for reading. Jennifer Thomson Owner of Grooming Girls Pet Salon
