They said it would be fixed in one day; it took two. When I questioned why he charged me for five hours of labor for a 2-hour job he got very defensive. Yelling at me, his place is a five-star place. Telling me my check wasn't good. He questioned my honesty and my integrity. He had me shaking and in tears. Yelling at me that it was a five-hour job, and I had no right to question his work. Yet every mechanic I talk to said it no more then a two-hour job. At $90.00 an hour for labor, a total of $180 instead he charged me $450. I feel taken advantage of and victimized.

However upon pick up, we wanted to top off the transmission fluid before driving, and was screamed at by the owner for not topping off in the gravel.... That being said, they were aware the leak was substantial and THEY parked it in the parking lot KNOWING this. We were just topping it off before leaving, and the owner got in my husband's face, screaming at him to move the car and demanding he lay down litter on the puddle that formed before we even arrived onsite.
