    Nightmare experience…read more Went to fix low battery charge and air-conditioning problems. When picking up the car after having paid the repair, I noticed that a red warning light on the dashboard was glaringly on. Went back to discuss with the manager. He flatly said that the light was on when they first moved the car into the workshop. He hooked up the car with an electronic device and told me there were a bunch of problems, including a malfunctioning electronic thermostat. Largely the car was not safe to drive. They charged me $42 for checking. Fixing the thermostat would be a $500 plus job. Took the car home. Fining out the battery was still not charging properly a few days later. Went back to ask them to re-fix the problem they should have fixed before. The manager was not there but they could charge the battery overnight. When I picked up the car, they handed me another bill for charging the battery. They were pretty mad after I refused to pay. Got into the car, the red warning light was off. Apparently, the red warning light was triggered during the repair - most likely when the battery became critically low. Went back again to ask them to fix the battery charge problem. They rudely refused. They told me that the battery charge problem was due to the other problems I had and they recommended to go to see a dealer. I let them know there were no other problems. The red warning light was due to low battery charge. The other problems were their misdiagnosis. Days later, the air-conditioner stopped working as well. All in all, I spent about $400 to have loads of headaches and none of the problems fixed.

An hour later I was told I needed all new calipers and was given a price to complete all the work. At this time I told them I would just come and pick it up and then I was told that wasn't possible because my car couldn't be put back together and would have to be towed because supposedly parts kept breaking while they were working on it. This was a red flag and seemed completely shady because they weren't supposed to do anything but give me an estimate first. I have an extended warranty that would have covered the calipers minus $100 deductible if they hadn't started the repairs and we would have contacted the company for pre-authorization. At this point he started getting defensive and angry saying that he gave me the best price he could and if he cut the price anymore corporate would be on him. I put a review on Google and they replied with an 800 guest number to call. I have called this number multiple times, been on hold for 30-60+ minutes each time without anyone ever answering. I even called several times and left my number for a call back which never happened. After looking at other Google reviews I see that parts supposedly breaking and never being able to get a hold of anyone to discuss your complaint is a common issue with them.

They said it would be fixed in one day; it took two. When I questioned why he charged me for five hours of labor for a 2-hour job he got very defensive. Yelling at me, his place is a five-star place. Telling me my check wasn't good. He questioned my honesty and my integrity. He had me shaking and in tears. Yelling at me that it was a five-hour job, and I had no right to question his work. Yet every mechanic I talk to said it no more then a two-hour job. At $90.00 an hour for labor, a total of $180 instead he charged me $450. I feel taken advantage of and victimized.

They looked and said it was too big of a job for them to handle, which we informed them it was a pretty bad leak prior to dropping it off, so it was a wasted trip but that part was fine. However upon pick up, we wanted to top off the transmission fluid before driving, and was screamed at by the owner for not topping off in the gravel.... That being said, they were aware the leak was substantial and THEY parked it in the parking lot KNOWING this. We were just topping it off before leaving, and the owner got in my husband's face, screaming at him to move the car and demanding he lay down litter on the puddle that formed before we even arrived onsite. Will never return, never recommend. Absolute trash service.
