This is where they went above and beyond and exceeded all expectations. My train was delayed due to a problem on the track. I texted the driver we would be 30 to 60 minutes late based on the delay. We finally got into the station at 12.40AM over 4 hours late and the driver was waiting for me. I really did not think he would wait over 3 hours for me, The car was clean and nice, the driver was great, and I can not say enough good things about them I highly recommend this service Great service, great people

My family has used this service for probably 20 years. They were recently bought out by a larger…read morecompany and what used to be nice reliable service has become terrible. The last three rides I have had with them have been unsatisfactory. One was over 45 minutes late to pick me up to catch a flight to go to the airport with no apology or compensation from the company whatsoever, they have a call center that is somewhere , managed by people who don't really care whether you get your flight on time or not and seem to have no control over scheduling or fixing a problem. The second trip from the airport, my flight arrived, and I had received a text while I was still on the plane that they had forgotten about my reservation( made at least a couple of weeks in advance) that I needed to call them (!). They get the flight info so they know when you land. The driver was great and texted me, but apparently they had run out of cars , so he had to come pick me up in a school bus! Again he was quite late getting there. My most recent ride was with a driver that I have had multiple times he is unwilling to make any conversation and was really sick, coughing excessively, opening medication while he was driving and wearing no mask! Even after I explained to him that I'm going to see an elderly relative recovering from cancer treatment he didn't make any effort to be more considerate. I don't like writing public reviews like this, but considering the cost of this service and how polite and elegant it used to be, I would say you're much better off getting an Uber or a Lyft.

(http://www.arlingtonairportcabma.com) After calling the number on the Burlington site (since it was listed differently on the website) to confirm my suspicions, I hung up when I heard the same operator's name! Then the man used his cell phone to call me about a cab ride. The whole exchange was extremely unprofessional and creepy. Please do not call this man, I have blocked his number.

I have been using Boston Preferred for over a year and they are terrific!! I would give them more…read morestars if I could. I travel for work at least once a month and use Boston Preferred for a car to and from the airport. I have never had a problem with them. Reservations are easy to do online and they also have a useful app. The drivers are always on-time, polite and professional. I feel completely safe with them. They always arrive at my house for pick up 5 minutes early. As soon as a land, I generally receive a text that the driver is waiting for me. I have never had to wait more that 5 minutes and at that, I think they were only delayed once or twice. Based on my schedule, I frequently get Gustavo for my airport pick up and it is always nice to be met at the Airport by such a friendly and professional driver. But, really, all the drivers are great. And, when I had to change flights or my flight is delayed, there is never a problem to change the pick up time. I highly recommend Boston Preferred.
