Now that I've moved and tried to cancel, they're demanding $172 just to end my service. I moved out on October 20, 2025, and have been trying for over two weeks to cancel, yet they keep charging me for service I'm not using and even for a trash can I can't return because I don't live there anymore. Their hours are terrible, their phone system is a nightmare, and actually reaching a real person is nearly impossible. This isn't customer service it's taking advantage of people. It feels like outright theft, and I'll never recommend this company to anyone. It makes sense why they don't have a social media presence or at least not one that I can find. So absurd.
