Because it is family run, their hours can vary so we have found it's best to call first before coming by. The cost to butcher your deer depends on what kind of cuts you'd like to get. On average, it's about $100 or so, which is a little on the high end but it's worth it. The cuts are good and even, without a lot of fat and silver skin. The smoked meats that he does are the best part of coming here. The slim Jim's, the summer sausage (both offered in cheese, spicy, or spicy cheese varieties) jerky cuts, breakfast sausage, Italian sausage, as well as your normal cuts like steaks, chops, roasts, hamburger, etc. I've never had a bad cut.
