They have failed to payoff my trade in a timely manner, causing me to have to make another payment on that vehicle. I was called by my previous finance company to alert me to this fact. So, I went by and politely informed them of the issue. I was told they would speak with the accounting department the following day (today) and call me. They failed to do so. I have made the 'additional' payment on the vehicle and I will be working with them to address the issue and TRY to get 'reimbursed' for the payment I had to make. I doubt it will happen. I've sent them several emails and even the name of a lawyer I will contact day after tomorrow IF this is NOT resolved swiftly. Let's hope this is the exception and not the rule from now on. Buyer beware! This does NOT reflect on the 'sales' department, as they did a great job! It's not the 'finance' departments issue either. It's the 'accounting departments' fault. Or is it? Who's passing the buck here?
