Not only was everything taken care of for me with minimal amount of effort on my part, Dave also called to address any concerns I might have had. It's hard to find good customer service these days and I love working with companies that go to work for the customer without having to worry about anything. I got my insurance cards a short time later in the mail with all my documents along with a great online billing system. The few times I did have questions, they got back to me almost immediately. Fantastic follow up after the fact. If you are a "do it yourselfer" I highly suggest looking into an agent to make sure you are properly covered. Experience matters and it shows at this agency. He put together a policy that was much better for my needs and saved me a lot of money in the process. Every time I call the office a real person answers and half the time it's Sam himself. From misinformation to non returned calls to inadequate compensation and just lack of customer service. I felt abandoned, insulted then basically told I have no recourse or way to appeal their decision. I will be looking for a new Insurance Carrier for my home and vehicles upon renewal if not sooner. This and posting my experience on any format available will be my recourse since State Farm doesn't care.
