There were no instructions on the suite number though on Groupon or the building directory or the company website so I thought I got scammed for a minute. Now to my lashes... I feel they could have looked better (like the pic on their profile). I did go to beauty school and was a makeup artist so I was able to tell where the lash extensions were attached. I also felt that they could have been blended better. Also they started falling out the minute I walked to my car. She did play relaxing music on her phone that put me to sleep but her texts kept going off and calls so that took away from the experience. She seemed genuinely sweet and clean but my lashes look better with just mascara. Then a few days later the no chip started chipping and peeling off. I went back today to get them fixed. He looked at them and didn't apologize for the mistake and told me to go find the same color. I sat down and asked how long I would wait. He told me 45 minutes because I didn't make an appointment. RIDICULOUS!! I am going to go back for a refund which I probably will not get without a fight.
