Yes, I decided not to have the root touch up anymore and was hoping I will pay less but I ended up paying more because of your extra charge. The partial custom blonde session you charged me $202 + $79 deposit = $281. I know toner is included in the price. The extra product you clearly said because my hair is so thick. The pain was a little worse then typical according to Purvi since I did grow my brows out but as someone who usually get my eyebrows waxed the pain was nothing in comparison.
