While I am happy with the product, I was extremely dissatisfied with the customer service I recieved here, which was shocking, due to the positive reviews I had read beforehand. I ordered the mattress and was told it would make it here in three days and that they would call me to set up a delivery time. No one called, I had to call THEM to set it up. Delivery day comes around and I've waited around all day, it's 30m before the delivery window closes, so I give Sean (the owner) a call. He calls me back telling me he has no idea where my mattress is or when it will arrive, in other words, it's been "lost"? Why wouldn't I have heard about this earlier? So, I'm still calm at this point, although irritated because I've been the one having to hound about the mattress and...now it's lost. It takes over a week for our mattress to get to the store...10 days actually. I've been sleeping on a blow up mattress this entire time. AGAIN, I have to keep calling Sean to figure out what is going on with the location of the mattress. He finally offers to bring me a queen mattress version of the mattress I had ordered, because I was about to cancel my order. Then, one of his guys tries to get me to sign a document stating that I am recieving the KING I ordered...not happening. So my mattress arrives (apparently) and I only find out because I have, once again, had to reach out to him. He wants to deliver it at his convenience, without much warning, "how about in 30 minutes?" How about no. This whole time the only information I recieved about my mattress and its whereabouts were by having to find out on my own. The whole time the owner was so non chalant about the whole thing, had no sense of urgency, was unapologetic, and to make things even worse, he offered to refund my delivery fee...and then BIG surprise, I had to REMIND him. When you own a business the most important aspect of your job is providing customer service. This was absolutely horrendous. Take your money some place else, it's not worth the risk.

Was given three different delivery dates before the mattress could be delivered. Our second delivery window was seven hours long and extended to 9:30 PM in the evening and they never showed (they did keep calling with updates that they were coming before never showing - which made it worse). Manager agreed to a $200 refund for the terrible service. It's been three weeks and no refund. Buyer beware - lots of other Sealy mattress sellers around Lone Tree, CO.

Mario and Alex were on time per the original time window, but about 1/2 hour earlier than indicated in the tracking. (Luckily we were dressed.) They were courteous, and very quick--after they left, we realized they were so quick because they had done a half-assed job of assembly: 1. New frame was attached precariously to our existing headboard--bolts not tightened (just pushed against the wall) and on one side Mario didn't install a nut and washer. 2. They said the bolts didn't line up with the holes already drilled into the headboard, so they used only one bolt on each side. They did line up. My husband installed the additional bolts. 3. Connecting straps to hold the bases together were not installed. If you have delivery from Denver Mattress, be sure to supervise every step of assembly carefully. I did like the level and amount of email/text communication and the delivery information included a photo of one of the workers. That is brilliant and creates a greater sense of security.

One helpful tip: if you plan to purchase larger items, take photos of the item tags and aisle/bin locations as you go. At the time of buy the trail mattress at the store was only in for 30 days - long story short I called and wanted an exchange for which they kinda agreed but the firm option that I wanted (the actual firm one that stays firm after 60 days ) is additional cost of 1500. We bought a mattress13 months ago from a reputable brand, and it was already miserable to sleep on and the warranty had already expired. We went on Saturday night about 45 minutes before closing time. Jacob was the sales person with whom we worked. I'll say our "sales job" radar was up going into the store, but never once did we feel that he was trying to sell us something we didn't want or upgrade us to a model we didn't need. He went through our lifestyle, how we can adjust the bed according to what we do (lots of physical work vs regular life at a desk job) and other factors that affect our sleep. We walked out thrilled as can be with our buying experience - me even more so because Jacob took a significant amount of time to help me find the right pillow. I was at the Park Meadows mall yesterday, went to Purple first, then to Sleep Number. One of the…read moresales people in Sleep Number was checking a customer out, and two other sales people were helping customers testing out beds. We tested beds on our own for about 15 minutes. The guy who was at the checkout finished the transaction, and started to head our way, he greeted us, and right at that moment one of the lady sales people, jumped up and came over and told him in front of us, very rudely, that he needed to go help another couple that literally JUST WALKED IN. They weren't in the store for more than three minutes. He tried to tell her we were there first, she interrupted him and told him to go help these other people. It was so rude, I would never buy a bed from this store, and she should be coached on her customer service skills and how she treats the employees she works with. Let alone now losing a customer who was going to spend $5,000 on a mattress but will no go to another store. When this happened I responded and said it's fine we are leaving and walked out. I will NEVER go back. The customer service in Purple were bending over backwards to help me and were extremely friendly. My kids were with me, witnessed the entire thing and they were like mom that was so rude why didnt you say anything, I said I am not going to treat her how she treated us and we just wont buy our mattress here. And maybe this review will help others when they are trying to decide on Park Meadows Sleep Number.

Do yourself a favor, go to Lowe's or Home Depot. We paid for white glove installation. Not only did the Delivery people show up with no tools but they never hooked up our refrigerator or dryer. I ended up hooking up our refrigerator, but the dryer is a nightmare. Within 15 seconds it gets hot our clothes burn. There are no obstructions to the outside. American freight is basically unresponsive. They're sending us some sort of a dryer test kit, but it has been 10 days since they said they sent it. I will never, and I mean never use these people again. You get what you pay for. Learn from my mistake.
