This place is a complete joke! Run, dont walk. We purchased a washer and dryer from Appliance Factory Outlet. Upon delivery, the installers said they weren't able to hook the washer up because the hot water line was too tight and they couldn't apply enough pressure to remove the line. My husband came home and was able to detach the line with hardly any pressure. We washed a load of laundry, placed it in teh dryer and found the dryer would not heat. We contacted Samsung to trouble shoot an ensure it wasn't a setting that we were missing. Samsung found that the unit was wired incorrectly which fried the heating element. We contacted Appliance Factory who sent a tech out to assess the install. The tech switched the wires on the back, tested the unit and confirmed that something was wrong with the heating element. We were told someone from service would be out to help with the repair. No one called, so we reached back out and Appliance Factory is saying that this is a Samsung issue... while Samsung is saying it is an Appliance Factory issue. Moral of the story is after no small amount of money spent, our family is left with a dryer that does not work and a company that will not take responsibility for a faulty unit. It's unfair and wrong on every level. Go to Home Depot or Lowes or ANYWHERE else! read more

This is the third time we have ordered from this business. The first a couple of years ago everything was fine. Last month we needed a microwave so we went again. It took 3 trips for them to install it. First they didn't have a tool and needed to schedule a special installer to come out,a skill later he arrived but someone for got to put the hardware in the box. A week later it was finally installed. Last week out dryer motor burned out so we ordered a new dryer payed 100$ for quick installation because we are going on vacation in a couple of day and needed to do laundry. The truck arrived at 4 (it was supposed to be here between 12&2. But of course they forgot to bring the electrical plug. Me and The Hubs were shopping for a new fridge because our 23 cubic footer isn't cutting it size-wise. We stopped in here after a salesperson at another store suggested Appliance Factory might have the model we were interested in seeing on their showroom floor. AF didn't have that one, but had another that was on my list that was better suited for us. Anyway when we first walked in the store, we were greeted by Greg Shofner almost immediately. We told him what we were looking for and he showed us at least half a dozen models that were either what we were looking for or very close to it. He seemed very knowledgeable when we asked our many questions and he looked up info that he didn't know (like if something was in stock). Long story short, we bought a fridge while we were there. It's in stock, and will be delivered in less than two weeks. I was very surprised that it was in stock with the large volume of people buying things lately. I ordered a new washer and scratch dent dryer. The washer didn't work from the day they delivered it and it took almost two and a half weeks, with lots of fighting and phone calls, before a new one was delivered. They wanted a technician to come out and look at it instead of replacing it. Once the washer was properly working I was finally able to use the dryer. At that time the dryer was making a horrible grinding noise. I was told since they replaced the washer they wouldn't replace the dryer. I had to wait a week for a technician to just come look at it. The technician had to order a new dryer bushing. It took almost two weeks for that to come in and be replaced. Then to top it all off, the delivery guys scratched the brand new flooring in my house and refused to fix it or own up to it because supposedly they didn't do it. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER ITEM FROM APPLIANCE FACTORY AND I WONT RECOMMEND ANYONE BUY FROM THEM. KEEP YOUR MONEY AND BUY FROM SOMEONE ELSE. read more

I do not recommend this business, after speaking with the salesman he offered to sell me a floor model washing machine. Then after he came back to me told me he could not sell me the unit because his manager Nate said I had to buy both the washer and dryer to buy the floor model. They have no gas dryers so I have only the option to buy a washer since nobody has gas dryers in stock. The model I want is discontinued and only available as a floor model yet they refused to sell me the floor model. I suggest going to an appliance store that actually wants to sell their appliances. Then when I told the salesman that this was a bad experience and I would be leaving a review he told me how unfair I was being. So unprofessional just skip this place. read more

I purchased a washer & dryer from this location on 10/2/23. The dryer was new and the washer was scratch 'n dent. To begin both units were delivered to the wrong location and just left w/o signature and it wasn't until I let them know via my order status showing "complete" that I found out that they were delivered to the building next to mine and just left in a vacant unit. Once delivered and installed in my unit the washing machine NEVER worked properly (day 1). I was told by Appliance Factory that I had to go through the manufacturer's warranty and that the store couldn't do anything for me since it was within the 1st year warranty period. I did as directed and as of today 10/19/23 the Whirlpool Tech has been out 5 times and replaced 3 different parts in hopes that my "new to me" washing machine will work. I feel that this is unacceptable, this unit was supposed to be only scratched and it should have worked day one and not had to have 3 parts replaced. At this point I am still fighting with them to replace the unit as I feel I should have gotten a working machine from the get go. I would not recommend to anyone, friends or general public, to use Appliance Factory as they don't stand behind the items the sell. I'm pretty sure at this point my washing machine was used (according to the technician) and was sold to my under false pretences as just scratch 'n dented. Avoid this place at all cost. The guys at the store work by commission and they show a lot of models there, but they don't have in stock. You are immediately charged but they don't actually know when the merchandise is coming. You can wait forever. I wait a lot for my washer and dryer. The washer came, brought it inside my property and they couldn't install it. It was broken inside. And they want you to accept it! I had to reject it strongly and then asked for my money back. Such a horrible experience. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration and go somewhere else. Once the sales person got the sale they pretty much went MIA. Oven took 7 months to arrive after they cancelled our delivery twice day of (2 hours after they were supposed to arrive) they then "lost" the oven we ordered. It was then discontinued and they charged us full price to buy a new one which was not the same style or colors that match our house. The told us installation would cost $150 and it cost us $650. When we have called them we have only gotten excuses and they offered us $100 on a $5,000 and $650 installation oven for our inconvenience. Now dealing with their warranty program company has been a complete mess they want to offer me a cheaper model to replace my refrigerator. I am beyond fed up, after waiting a MONTH to get the refrigerator I paid for that doesn't work repaired. Numerous calls and emails to the Park Meadows store later, I am still left with a refrigerator that makes ice but does not dispense water. I don't even get answers to messages or emails any more. Up until now, I have had people at the house to meet repair folks. I'm down to the last 6 days where that can happen. After that? I'm sorry, you'll have to work with MY schedule, and I work 6 days a week with only Saturdays after 3pm and Sundays available. I'm not asking for the moon: just repair this or replace it. Period. It's gone beyond ridiculous. You said this appliance worked, and it doesn't, and I can't get you to fix it. Don't do it. We've compared prices and it's the same for the washer and dryer as Best Buy or Conns. We went with appliance factory bc we needed something right away. New W/D leaking after install, luckily we had a warranty. Kindof. They sent someone out and because that tech couldn't figure out what was wrong the store tried to charge us $95 for his trip out. We brought out our own plumber beforehand because we noticed leaking in the basement ceiling directly below the laundry room and that's when he showed us the issue with the washer. We denied the charge of $95 that AF tried to bill us for and brought the cardboard that was placed under the water back into the store to show that in fact it was leaking. The cardboard was placed there by the appliance installer from AF. Two months later they get the supposed part that would make the washer work without leaking. Two months. Now the washer works but sounds like an airplane is about to take off every single load. You make the decision. Is it worth having this much trouble when you buy "new washer"? Trouble and time as if we don't have jobs or things to do with our day other then wait around for a unit to get fixed after you've spent thousands of dollars for. And sell you a warranty just so they can try to fight with you about it. read more

Disappointed: we just got a new home and the fridge it came with is really old and hardly works so we needed a new one asap. We came here because we had a specific width fridge we needed for the odd space in our kitchen. There was one that met the dimensions we needed so we got it expedited. We we're really looking forward to it of course until come delivery day. Two not so friendly guys came buy, slapped a donation sticker on our old fridge, hauled it onto the truck, and then loaded a fridge that was not only the wrong size, but also the wrong brand, color, and 3x the price of the one we actually paid for. You'd think they'd have been apologetic but they just took forever to get back with us and solve this and weren't at all. So flash forward we have a new date for the fridge another week out. We wait and wait up and on the day before it was supposed to be delivered we were told the fridge was never really in stock to begin with and they had mislabeled thousands and thousands of dollars in inventory. They said wouldn't be able to get ANY fridge that would fit the space for upwards of 2 months. You'd think maybe they'd offer some sort of apology or discount after all this right? Nope. Instead this has just been a huge waste of time and energy. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Now we have to start back at square one when we've been waiting all month. All we have to show for it a ton of residue for the cheap donation sticker they left on our current fridge. By far the worst customer service we have experienced in our ten years in Denver. We called to order a high-grade dishwasher model we were shown at this store. The dishwasher was installed and we noticed it was a different version of the model we were initially shown. The store manager said that it was half our fault as we should not have signed for the delivery- as if we were supposed to know that there were multiple versions of the model we were ordering. We were told that it would take several months for the back-ordered model to arrive, that we were not to use our installed dishwasher so that they could re-sell it, and that we would be placed "at the front of the waiting list." After doing dishes by hand for over three months during the holidays, and after having received no call during or after the stated time had come and passed, I called the store to inquire about the dishwasher. The store had no notes and little recollection as to who I was. Worse, I had to explain the situation over again, and was told that not only were we not "at the front of the list," there no dishwasher ordered for us at all. And the worst part of all, the store manager said that we were to pay a full re-stocking fee and full price on another installation. He insisted that I had agreed to this months before and he would not budge. I would never have agreed to this. It is curios that he could remember such a supposed detail when he could not even recall the larger events, or have even bothered to order the dishwasher, or to have taken any notes. He either confused me with another customer, or was being disingenuous. Regardless, we were not about to pay nearly half of the initial purchase price to get the model/version that was supposed to have been installed in the first place. We gave up and kept the model, even though it clashes with our kitchen, which is what I suspect the manager wanted all along: assuming we would eventually give up. For my wife and I, dealing with this Appliance Factory was a very disappointing letdown after the initial excitement of buying our first top of the line appliance. Ironically, they will lose far more over time as ourselves, friends, neighbors, and family will take our business where it is deserved. Most likely, you will have a straightforward experience with smiling salespeople and you will walk away with everyone happy. You might even post a glowing review. Craigslist Bait and Switch. Went to the store based on a Craigslist ad for a cheap microwave. They had several boxed items identical to item advertised but twice the price. When I inquire about the Craigslist price...."Oh, that was a one off special item, but we have these ones here (twice the price)". Typical scummy bait and switch sales tactic. We bought very nice appliances high-end KitchenAid appliances, and body warranty, and the dishwasher went out within one year. They did come out to service it and decided that they would replace it, and when the delivery person came out todayHe said oh no I don't do custom installs I don't even install. Therefore my husband had to remove the old dishwasher rent a truck from U-Haul take The broken dishwasher to Westminster because this idiot that came to my home took the new one back to the warehouse. He was here five minutes and my husband got an important phone call from his business and he literally interrupted my husbands phone call to tell him that he would not install the new one or take the old one either. This is not how businesses operate that are on the up and up. I'm reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and I'm also letting you know upfront that if you want to take a chance and buy broken appliances from them, then get ready to have many problems occur. They will take no responsibility in fixing the problem or satisfying the customer whatsoever. A business that operates like this will be put out of business quickly by screwing the consumer. I assure you that you are better off buying from Home Depot or Lowe's then to have to deal with this cheating, lying company and more importantly deal with their sales people. FYI, if you do take a chance and buy something from them, do not buy their warranty !!! Go online and buy the warranty from the manufacture and register the appliance . You are covered that way 100%. Appliance factory outlet does not cover anything in the ways of delivery cost , installation etc. because of mistakes that their drivers make. If you buy the manufactures warranty they do cover everything and they do treat you right and they actually care. I purchased an entire kitchen suite, washer, dryer, and mattress. After 5 different appliance appointments, I still do not have the range or dish washer that I purchased. No one wants to be held accountable. Sales points at delivery that points at service, and back to the store. I have had soooo many calls into the store Manager (Parker location) and assistant manager that they know my name. Yet still, persistent problems are not being solved! I have had to make calls, I have offered solutions. Why should anyone spend money to have to make calls, and re-arrange their life for 5 different appointments??
