Her knowledge on the products helped so much, anything that wasn't in the showroom she knew down to exactly what page in the catalogs items were on. We came back again and they also have clearance often so we bought a sofa and love seat for $358 together and added a bedroom set and TV and it has all come out to about $253 per month but that's for two rooms! We went to rent a center, Aaron's, and buy wise here in Foley and they always have the best value and choices by far. The staff there is also so awesome. The two rooms we just bought sat there for two months waiting for us to move and they didn't mind at all!

I went here at least twice a day for about ten days, so I can honestly say I had the full Home Depot experience. This location is well stocked, and the workers are extremely knowledgeable. I had plumbing questions; they were answered. I had tool questions; they were answered. Anything I threw at them they were able to help me with. I used the tool rental multiple times. While a little expensive, they had what I needed and once again answered any questions about the tools I had. By the way, if you are looking to rent a finishing nailer, get the butane powered one. It's awesome. Pow Pow Pow! The nails just keep on coming! It made work fun. In all my trips to this location, whenever I asked a worker where anything was, they walked me to that spot. They did not point it out, or walk me halfway there; they took me to the item. By contrast I happened to stop into the Davis location while I was in town. I asked where something was. The worker told me, "Isle X." They did not offer to show me or anything. That is the difference in customer service. While every other Home Depot I have been to has been a three star, this place is a five star!

Long dark hair, she helped me quickly earlier when I asked a question and she seemed so bothered. May have been having a rough day but I took my business over to lowe's across the street because of her rude demeanor. Most home depot employees are so friendly and delightful and that's why I love to shop there! She was the opposite of anything nice and friendly.

I purchased a compression tester that was like $35 that turned out to be defective. When I returned…read moreit I was told that I would be charged a 20% restocking fee if I didn't trade it out for another one. I of course had decided to buy one of a better quality and was not going to trade it out for another one there. How can they be allowed to charge a 20% restocking fee in a defective item? The fact that it's defective should immediately mean that the customer should suffer 0 loss. They are not restocking it, or at least I hope they are not. And they should be compensated through their distributor or product representative. In my eyes that is essentially blackmailing their customers. It's you either keep this tool that has already proven itself to be of low quality or you pay them 20%. Had it been for use in a vehicle I would have purchased I higher end tool to begin with. But it was for a lawn mower, something I didn't work on very often so a lower quality tool would have been ok. Until that toll just flat didn't work right out of the box. At that point it immediately became clear that Harbor Freight diagnostic tools where not of a build quality that could be trusted. The tool was not being returned because I changed my mind, because I didn't pay attention and bought the wrong thing or for any other reason that could be attribute to myself. I can understand a restocking fee for customers changing their mind and returning an item, or because they didn't do their homework and bought the wrong thing. But to charge a customer 20% on a defective item because they chose not to attempt a repeat and went with a better product? To charge a customer 20% in a product they are going to be credited for via their product rep or their distributor (and if they are not it's either their choice or they didn't negotiate being credited the fault and defective merchandise when they negotiated the contract with their distributor). To charge a customer 20% when they walk out of the store with nothing? To make the customer financially responsible to you when the product you shelved and then sold them with the express understanding that it would work and it didn't? Any other company would want to see their customer walk out of their store whole, happy and satisfied. Instead Harbor Freight sees fit to charge their customers 20%. And when contacting customer service I was told a would be hearing from a supervisor. When I didn't I began calling and emailing customer service, for over a year with over 20 phone calls and at least 50 emails after being told that a supervisor would be in touch and they never were they proceeded to ignore me until I stopped calling and emailing. Feel free to Google asking if Harbor Freight charges a restocking fee when returning a defective product. It's a fact! They are made whole through their product reps or distributors and they still make their 20% profit by charging the customer a restocking fee on a defective item. HOW CAN A BUSINESS RIGHTLY CHARGE A CUSTOMER FOR RETURNING A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT?

The chair comes in two colors of hardwood frame, the dark wood or the light wood & you can get it covered in all kinds of different fabrics. The squattoman is very cute & surprisingly very durable & comfortable OuiOui. There is a smaller version of the Lovesac chair called "the Junior" LOL They don't have "the junior lovesac chair on the sales floor right now but expect to get one before Christmas. Very interested in "the junior Lovesac chair" the big one is YUGE! Maybe too big! Trinity gave me lots of info and measurements to go. A perfect reading chair for sure :) Will return.

We walked in dejected thinking our do-it-ourself project was completely out of the realm of possibility. We spoke with the Asst. Manager, Jason, who took 10-15 min to show us around, discuss recommendations on products and prices, and made the whole information gathering process a breeze. This place is 100% the best home supply store period. Do yourself and your wallet a favor, go see them.

A few days later we began to actually start shopping for the remodel and I went there just to take a look as I had more or less made my selections online with Lowes and Home Depot. Sooooo glad I did and so grateful that I got to deal with John the manager. He was not only super helpful and knowledgeable but had a great eye for design. I changed my vanities from MDF at Home Depot to something almost the same but in solid wood and saved over $400 on each. The tops were Uba Tuba granite with a square inlaid sink and again were almost half price. Then we saw the shower door of my dreams! Maxx frameless, super clean looking and $350 cheaper than Home Depot. Having chosen the vanities that were in antique white we used a sample door to try and find suitable tiles. In the end John himself agreed that they had nothing that worked particularly well and allowed me to take the door for half a day so that I could go elsewhere to find the right tiles. Every time I had to purchase something from faucets to toilet roll holders I went there first and John was the first to say that they could not help me if I had a specific request. Never once did he try to 'sell' me a product. When the vanities were delivered and the backsplash cracked there was no fuss or quibble.... went right to the others in stock and swapped them out. I thought initially it was some cheap outlet but the products I purchased were all high end and of great quality and price. I probably saved about $1300 on items bought here rather than Home Depot. In fact I was able to get exactly what I wanted within my budget. Without Surplus Warehouse I would probably have had to scale back somewhat. The staff are very nice and helpful but if you want helpful with design ideas see John. Strongly recommend.
