I asked Marion, the owner, if she would put together something special and grand for me. Not only did she offer to go shopping, she did it on Tuesday when she is normally closed, and she also offered to deliver it on Tuesday--outside the time she would normally deliver. I had mentioned my friend loves baskets, so she purchased a basket with a removable handle so the plants/flowers could also be hung. She called my friend to make sure she would be home for the delivery, but, as my friend was out, she went to pick them up. She loved the little pink house and exclaimed that the arrangement was absolutely beautiful and grand. Alas, she is going out of town for two weeks next week, and Marion offered to babysit the arrangement until her return to ensure they lived! Marion is a wonderful person and a smart businesswoman not to mention a gifted florist! I would definitely use her again and urge all of you to do so. This business will take your money and give you a cheap version. One side didn't ever have flowers on it. My elderly parents would never complain but I contacted them and obviously if this florist wouldn't give them the arrangement I paid a lot for, I asked for compensation. I don't need the money but it's wrong to charge for what they did and sub cheaper flowers, less of them then the picture you are basing your order on and and then be met with a hostile response. I came to this Publix to grab dinner for my family. The parking lot is always pretty full every…read moretime so I just had to drive a little to find one. The associates are pretty nice and patient when I was undecided about what I wanted in the bakery section. The seafood associate was super helpful in helping me pick the salmon.
