I came to this Publix to grab dinner for my family. The parking lot is always pretty full every time so I just had to drive a little to find one. The associates are pretty nice and patient when I was undecided about what I wanted in the bakery section. The seafood associate was super helpful in helping me pick the salmon. The cashier at checkout greeted me and even had a quick conversation. I definitely will be visiting again soon! It was also very clean! Also try the sushi's always so good!!! read more

Came here multiple times during the chicken tender sub sale and they were unable to serve me a chicken tender sub on multiple occasions. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. The lady behind the counter even started making my sandwich (which she was coughing on), and then tells me mid-way that they are out of chicken tenders. How does Publix RUN OUT OF CHICKEN??? This place needs to seriously reevaluate what they got going on. The workers here are lazy, untrained bums who can't make a sandwich if their lives depended on it. Truly the most unprofessional Publix I've ever been to. Almost like they have no manager at all, and the workers are free to do whatever they want. I'd like to have a word with the manager, but the guy is probably vacationing in Mexico. read more

On the weekend we run around to do errands and the last stop is groceries. This particular Publix is smaller and the lighting is low. What made us give this place a 3 star is that the cashier gave us a vibe that she was having a bad day. Then we ended up bagging our own groceries the entire grocery. Normally someone step in. This is not our usual Publix. Every time we go our usual Publix the staff are nice, it's bright, & clean. I hope that cashier is having a better day. Not all Publix are equal. Quick stop on our mini road trip. I always prefer to stop at Publix for anything i might need. This stop was for quick snacks and bathroom. The bathroom was decent. The store clean with all the Publix staples. That is always reliable. However, there were several, many, about HALF of the customers NOT WEARING MASKS! No one said anything. Maybe the customers give the associates a hard time, maybe it's the area we are in. But I find this incredible, especially in this crazy time we are living. Hi Ok. I've been going to This Publix sense I was 1 year Old. Here in Orlando, Why you Would get rid of the convenience of not cooking night and get rid of your Fried Chicken or chicken wings are not available anymore at our Publix I would like to know why ? We live very close to Publix here on Curry Ford and Conway . The night before Thanksgiving and I needed to pick something up for the family carry in the following day. I hadn't baked anything so I stopped in the bakery and picked up some Italian cookies that were displayed on a nice plate, wrapped in pretty plastic and ribbon. Very suitable for gift giving. Very tasty too. Everyone oohed and ahhed over the presentation. Thanks Publix. The store is an older format publix, Small but easy to get around. The people were friendly and even though it was the night before a major holiday, the staff wasn't stressed out. I even picked up a Scratch off there and won $50! read more

We stopped in on a roadtrip to pickup some items for lunch. The guava and cheese pastries were burned. It was such a shock! We visit lots of different Publix's around the state and this was the worst package of baked goods I've ever purchased at this chain. read more

Used this store for the first time. The employees were very friendly and the managers were helpful as well. They all made us feel right at home. We used the electrical cart and one came with us to the car, and loaded our groceries in the car and took the cart back to the store. While they are required to wear face masks, they still had good spirits. Great job, keep up the good work. read more

Shoutout to Chris in the Deli because I just went in and ordered three sandwiches, with a line of like 7 people stacked up, and he made sure that everything was made as if I was the only person in line. Suggested an improvement to the sandwich I was ordering and even double wrapped my hot sandwich for my drive home. I always come to this Publix instead of driving to Sebring (I live in frostproof) because I value the customer service in the deli here. :) read more

My experience here was horrible whenever I was getting a sub they didn't have like anything, the line was so long and the workers were so slow we only ordered 3 subs and it probably took longer than 30 minutes and they were being lazy when I asked them for cheese they said "ugh I guess I have to go cut some" they need to stock up on stuff and I know they have less shipments because of COVID but that would mean they wouldn't have enough for the next day but I think they were just too lazy to open up a new pack of food read more

Think this Publix is nice people are nice , great location . I wish they were open a little later like 10:00 pm but I guess 9:00 pm is okay . Have always loved the bakery and deli but not always liking prices more bogo deals on items I get that Walmart is still less on price. But still love PUBLIX read more
