What a surprise! Has to be difficult keeping flowers fresh especially when out delivering in mass for a day like Mother's Day. They refunded me, but they didn't care at all about the inconvenience or the fact that this ruined a time‑sensitive, special occasion. This was unprofessional and completely avoidable. If they couldn't deliver to my area, they should have said so before accepting the order and payment. I won't be using them again, and I wouldn't recommend anyone else waste their time or money either.

She called my friend to make sure she would be home for the delivery, but, as my friend was out, she went to pick them up. This business will take your money and give you a cheap version. One side didn't ever have flowers on it. My elderly parents would never complain but I contacted them and obviously if this florist wouldn't give them the arrangement I paid a lot for, I asked for compensation. I don't need the money but it's wrong to charge for what they did and sub cheaper flowers, less of them then the picture you are basing your order on and and then be met with a hostile response.
