Just a young kid that stopped what he was doing to help me. I asked to see the film that would be applied, and he showed my a box of clear tint, but could not tell me anything about it. So we called Naus (sp), and I asked him about the authenticity of the XPEL film. He could not answer my questions either. When he showed up to the shop 25 minutes later, he had no idea how to show me he was putting on the film I asked for. Then, he goes on to tell me he doesn't carry the XPEL XR Plus 70 film, but he had "88." I was unhappy with being totally misled or scammed into coming there and wasting a lot of time. I have checked, and XPEL does not make a 88 film, so he lied to me. On XPEL's website when you search for an authorized installer, this company is not on that list. I strongly suggest consumer steer far away from this place.

Granted the Bronco was dirty and very sandy but it was last year as well. Partially into the job he said it would have to be $300. I was not happy about it. He did a decent job but not to the level to which I would call "detailing." It took him 3 hrs which amounts to $100/hr and I believe that's a lot for clean but not detailed. He didn't armor-all the surfaces either. He didn't shampoo any of the seats or floor mats or even hose the mats down. I did pay him the $300 and nicely expressed my displeasure in doing so. Furthermore, he removed our rfid sticker which was adhered to the windshield with tape. It allows us to get into our development. When I called and texted him about it asking if he had put it somewhere or had it perhaps in trash he had not emptied yet, I got no reply. I have to order another one for $15. Be careful with this guy and if your car isn't already pretty clean beware of price switching and be very clear exactly what you're expecting to be done. On a positive he was polite.
