So I waited all day for no one to show up and not even a call saying we don't want to have you as a customer, nothing. Will be filing complaints with all offices I can. He informed me right off that they had given him the wrong size dryer exhaust cover and he didn't have the tape to seal the vent. His supervisor came out to assist him in hauling insulation away. He assured me that they would come back out and they would change all of the vents on the house because none of them were working properly and he assured me that they would exchange the vent cover. They also have not done anything at all to seal up my vent where the open holes were. That has been over three weeks and I have made call after call and they are ignoring my calls. not returning any calls and these men who I thought were so nice and helpful turned out to be very dishonest and deceptive.
