It was obvious someone was home and that the dog was distressed, but he just kept knocking and refused to give up/leave. When I finally answered, he falsely claimed he had just treated our neighbors' yard and that they told him to come do ours too & he acted like he was about to spray wither I liked it or not. None of that was true- We all use a different pest control company. I told him he was waking my baby because he had upset the dog and asked him to leave my property. Instead of leaving, he continued trying to sell me his service as I was literally closing the door. He then came back later that same day and again that weekend. I believe he was riding a Onewheel or hoverboard. I understand door-to-door sales are part of the job, but refusing to take "no" for an answer, repeatedly returning to a home, and using dishonest sales tactics is completely unacceptable. As a woman home alone a stranger knocking at my door repeatedly is SCARY in this day and age, especially one won't leave when asked after ignoring our no solicitor signs. I called Axiom and they said this was a non issue and I was overreacting. This experience ensured we will never consider using Axiom's services & will certainly be telling my friends and neighbors to do the same.

The lady from a BugOut called at 939am on September 7, 2023 asking where I lived the driver was having difficulty finding my home. I told her we're I lived and she said ohhh you live on 7th Avenue not 7th Street? I said correct. She stated the technician will be there shortly. So I waited, waited, waited, and waited it was 1030. I called the office left a message on the answering machine and waited more I called numerous times and left messages on the answering machine. Finally it was 3pm and I got a hold of someone and she said she would have to call me back as she just walked in to the office, I said fine. Well 5pm came and that's their closing time! So I waited all day for no one to show up and not even a call saying we don't want to have you as a customer, nothing. Will be filing complaints with all offices I can. My time is worth something as well. Went with Terminix and I was so happy I did! 12/30/2023 My experience with this joke of a business. I have text messages from the business confirming my appointment. And they just never showed. I was bullied verbally by my past landlord, Keegan Smith begged me to take the post down or they were going to sew me. Go ahead Sew me for slander BUG OUT, Keegan & Patricia Smith. Bug Out, I have every text confirming our appointment. I'm not afraid of you!! I wouldn't refer you to a cricket on the street. You're useless. Keegan and Patricia Smith (Slum Lords) I took it down, never should have. Nonetheless, I also have every text sent between us, even the one where I had to beg you to come to fix the front door, a literal fire hazard. Then the following day woke to my credit card being charged an exuberant amount. And have started the whole phone calls with Customer Service again only to be told that the local office would have to discuss the charge amount with me and have been promised a call from the local manager within 48hrs.....it's been 96 hrs and no call yet! I called Redefined Pest Control and got through to Jake on my first try. He was able to come out the same day--which I wasn't even expecting. He was super personable and explained everything about his company and pricing. Everything was upfront unlike a lot of these pest control companies. He ended up coming back later in the week to do the first treatment. We were having a lot of wasps outside and after the first treatment, we aren't seeing them anymore! He sprayed both inside and outside and now the only bugs we have are dead ones. We will be using them as our pest control company from now on! Super personable and they do a great job!
