There used to also be a single uniformed police officer patrolling on foot at least occasionally, but I've not seen any in AGES! Also, there's only a single set of 4 tiny, uncomfortable seats inside at the Left of the waiting room for the DOZENS of commuters waiting for their train to arrive. WHY?!?! NYS's MTA supposedly spent some $92,000,000 and this is all commuters got for their tax $??!?!?!?!

There is plenty of parking for commuters in the garage or there is a drop-off driveway where, if you're getting out of a car, it'll take you 1-2 minutes to go up the stairs to the platform (although the drop-off area should be monitored better - we've gotten stuck behind taxis and giant shuttle buses that choose to park in the middle of the drop-off driveway and block traffic instead of pulling to the side). The parking garage also offers hourly parking where you pay via machines or the Park White Plains app. On the inside, the station has a Tim Horton's (2nd floor) and a convenience store (1st floor). There are some benches for seating, but there should be more because these are often full. The station also has public restrooms which, in my experience, have been clean and reliable.

I mean it isn't Sesame Street, its a parking garage office, but Oscar the Grouch DEFINITELY works there...well, perhaps "work" is too strong of a word, but Oscar definitely answers the phone and makes you feel like a jerk before hanging up on you. I've seen this tactic before! An employee puts twice as much effort into avoiding the work than the work would actually require, just to avoid doing the work. Its actually quite a skill, one that can only be honed by decades of civil service. There was only a 50 min layover in new haven so I assumed I had missed my transfer. Spent the first half of the ride on the phone with automated 800 numbers. Finally got thru and was being helped when the call failed. Phone died. Got frustrated. Borrowed a charger. Researched next bus from new haven. It would mean a 3 hour layover. Fine. In new haven got off, grabbed bag from driver (under bus). Went inside. Used the restroom. Mentally preparing for the wait. I went into the greyhound office and learned that the bus I had thought I had missed had waited. The man at the counter essentially scolded me for not having waited. How was I to know? No announcement was made as we exited the bus. He would not offer me a refund for the hassle and even acted like he was doing me a favor by not charging me for changing my ticket to the next bus 3 hours later. Aside from the last bus having no wifi (no announcement--I asked the driver part way thru and he just said he didn't know why it wasn't working) and no AC. Will be seeking full refund thru greyhound corporate. Take mega or bolt. I've had good experiences with both. Or better yet fly.

Anyway, I've used Arrow 1 for my airport pick ups and transfers in NJ and NY. They're friendly and professional. Even with airplane delays, they are right on time; and waiting at the airport. After making two separate efforts to clarify why Precision's price quote was so high and why the Lowest Price Guarantee wasn't being honored, I went with another company. And, I'm really happy that I did. The company that earned my business, was not only comparable, but, in my opinion even superior. Muhammad's response appears to indicate that the companies that gave me price quotes were somehow inferior. Precision has been in business 18 years, and the company I went with has been in business longer. Precision's price quote was much higher than the competition and was for a Cadillac or Volvo sedan, not the beautiful new black SUV that picked up my girlfriend. Lastly, the professional chauffer that was our driver, was impeccably dressed in a black suit and tie. Our driver had over 30 years experience as a licensed, professional chauffer.
