Smh. And that's a dammmmmmn shame. These newer buses are far from pleasant. In fact, they're anything and everything BUT that. It's not even pouring outside now and the 6 bus that I just got off of (number 370; driver was rude too) around 9:55 in the Getty Square... The bus was leaking water from its roof where I was sitting in the front, several times throughout the end of my ride. Not just once or twice. It attracted the attention of other passengers. What an EMBARRASSMENT! Do better, Beeline Bus and Westchester County! Bring back the older buses. Quit fixing stuff that ain't broke! The newer look ain't always cooler or better!! Aaaand the driver let one or two passengers who got on at my stop at Broadway and Cedar St (Dobbs Ferry) ride without paying. Yet I paid my fare and he seemed to just want me seated ASAP WHEN I had a bag in my left hand. Daaaaaangerous. I slipped once last year on the bus, and the terrible County and Beeline never got back to me. If I didn't have to ride the Beeline bus, I never would ever!! Absolutely disgusting everything about it. That includes not being able to see outside the windows at night, clearly as well as the eye sore of 6 or 7 disability stickers plastered in the front, after how many years? Smh. Nobody wants to sit and stare at that obstructing their view for the duration of their ride! Smh.

I can assure you that I will always make having transportation a priority It's bad enough that we are forced to commute with people who may have mental health challenges but the customer service from the bus drivers is unacceptable and should not be tolerated. Many of these bus drivers, especially the African Americans, have very unpleasant attitudes. No customer should be exposed to such inhumane service, These individuals need to be retrained on how to interact with the public or be terminated. Additionally, Bee-Line should also inform their workers that there are various ways people communicate, not just verbally. And, body languages speak volumes. The fact that we are paying these individuals to work for us is the reason why patrons deserve to be treated with respect. To be continued!

It's always on time and it is cheaper. About 25cents each way. This ferry runs on its own schedule and is never on time. The captain of the ferry I take loves to hit the dock when he comes in. You are jolted around. Take the ferry before the one you think you should take so you can get to city in time for whatever you want to do. At $336 a month this Another week and more delays. The 915am ferry is not here. Can't even see it coming. This is the WORST FERRY IN THE WORLD!!!

Aaah yes, taking the ferry home on a Friday that also happens to be a prematurely warm and sunny not-quite-spring day. The ferry is too expensive to be a part of my daily commute. Comparing the $5.50 ride from World Financial Center to Jersey City (Paulus Hook) with the $1.75 PATH ride between World Trade Center and Exchange Place, you can see why the ferry is the Rich Man's PATH. Or, the poor man's cruise ship. Even the ferry terminal at World Financial Center is luxurious, at least compared to a PATH station. It's floating, and has a little balcony on the water where you can soak up that precious March sun while you wait for your ship to come in. It even had a nice clean bathroom, if you can handle the motion of the ocean. The PATH can't compare. The ferry ride takes about the same amount of time as the PATH ride (7 minutes from WFC to Paulus Hook). But unlike the five minutes you'll spend on the PATH, you can feel the salty wind in your hair, and the sun on your face, unless of course you get the boat where the upper level has been enclosed. But, still, you can pretend your itinerary takes you to somewhere more exotic than your average PATH stop... maybe Venice. A tourist you're not, but remember that some people travel far and wait a lifetime to glimpse these sights... the Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, the Colgate clock, the tallest building in New Jersey, the tallest building in New York, cruise ships and tall sailing ships, all that and you can be home in time for dinner.
